Great so far! No complaints.

They quickly identified areas of concern during the inspection, including a new termite tube. They need to come back for a proper termite inspection but in the meantime targeted other areas of concern.

Inspectors and technicians have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I can't speak to their value yet as I'm a new customer but I'm happy with the price quoted and billed!

Update, 7 months later: things are going great! No crickets or cockroaches like I saw last summer. The nights are finally quiet inside my walls. Really pleased with the bimonthly service.

Jose did an EXCELLENT job of spraying. Ive never had a pest control person do such a thorough job. He wiped down the cobwebs on the back porch, sprayed in the garage and even put the garage door down afterwards. I am totally impressed. Cynthia Newsome

AZ Pest Control monitored our attic and outside of our home for pack rats over the course of a month. They were able to capture one rodent and determine no other current rodent activity was occurring. We now use them to come out monthly to monitor any additional activity. We are very happy with their service. Every employee that has come out has been knowledgeable and professional.

For many years the same person comes by and inspects the premises thoroughly. He is quite pleasant and friendly. Gives me a report, we discuss it and that's it for another year. Quite professional and by now knows the house so is able to check potential trouble spots easily.
