Food was good, chef was entertaining and engaging. Server was bit slow and slightly unresponive. Had trouble getting refills on drinks and took unsually long to get check, pay, and leave.

Went there for a work function. Everyone had a great time and left very full. The chef was fun and entertaining and the food was delicious (my salmon was very fresh). It was also a bonus that he paid special attention to my non-meat request as well as to allergies within our group, and cooked the food accordingly in an appropriate order to minimize cross-contamination. The only suggestion I can make is to offer a vegetarian appetizer alternative to the 3 shrimps that you usually get, but they offered extra veggies instead, which you get plenty of anyway. But still, great service, generous portions, and yummy food.

I have been going to this place for about 4 years now, never had a problem, food was always great, the chef was very funny. But last night I was so upset and frustrated. I invited a couple of friends to go celebrate a birthday. The chef ( Timachu, if Im not mistaken that's his name ) did not entertain us at all. I had my 4 year old with me and expected her to have fun like we always did. But the chef seemed to be in a hurry, I thought it was weird but didn't say anything. When he was done with us he went to the next table and did a great show, that just made me even more upset. I placed an order of white rice for my daughter with Wendy the waitress and guess what? It never came!!!! She was not paying attention to us at all. We ran out of drinks and no one came by to offer more and we couldn't find anyone around to order it. Very, very upset.

Where's the beef where's the meat? If they spent more time on feeding and making sure we get what we want instead of entertaining. Order the steak and shrimp they cut my steak up in little bits as if I was 7. The entertainment is beautiful the presentation walking in is beautiful but I'm ultimately there to eat.

The food was very good. Unfortunately that was cancelled out by very crappy service. We had to wait ages to get seated, then ages for someone to take our order. We were ignored and had to continuously call out to our waiter who pretty much hung out at a large table. I think he was expecting a big tip. It was a struggle just getting his attention. I don't think we will go back even if we have to drive far to find other hibachi.

This was my first time at this place. We wanted just the regular table. The hostess took my name and number down as there was supposed to be twenty minutes wait. After ten I minutes I realized that there were a lot of tables available so I told the hostess that I needed a regular table, she mumbled something until ten more minutes later another hostess pointed out that for non Hibachi tables, it was an open seating. I wasted thirty minutes for nothing. The appetizers were okay, nothing which stuck out. My main meal, the teriyaki steak was so so. Veggies were steamed and under cooked. They forgot the white rice completely. The waitress was nice and friendly. It seems like lack of attention to any detail is the norm there.
I will not visit the place again and would not recommend this place because it simply does not provide the value for the money you will spend there.response / report this review -

I have celiacs disease which means I'm allergic to gluten. The staff was extremely accommodating to my allergy. The chef used gluten free soy sauce on the grill for everyone's food- not just mine. This helped me feel at ease regarding cross contamination. Our waitress Lily informed me of every sauce and menu item that contained gluten, and even warned me if a product was manufactured in a facility that also processes gluten. She really went above and beyond to accommodate my allergy and make me feel comfortable. A+ service. Oh and the food was good too.

Checked out the website
Looked good so we went Saturday evening at 6 pmwe chose the dining room and not the hibachi room.
Way too many kids
Way too loud
Straws, napkins, food, and other "kids" items on the floor..typical low class place where parents guess their "kids" can make a mess and other diners have to tolerate it.
The food was good but the cheap chain-like environment ruined the food experience
Food was 7 out of 10
Atmosphere 2 out of 10
If you like it loud, kids all over the place, stuff in the floor, then by all means go here.

Great great great food!! Take out is excellent, but eating in is even better with the full experience. I've spent many a birthday, anniversary, Valentine's and holiday here.

I went for my birthday and that day for some reason most of the people there were celebrating a birthdayMy table chef (Hibachi)wasn't energetic and what ever trick he performed he failed. The food was plain , like need more salt, seasoning or something.
No chopstick! Reason : people don't use and destroy it and kids can be harmedthis was the answer of the manager of the place that day I went.
Waitress and Chef were Asian didn't speak good English hard to understand. This was ok with us because it is an Asian place.
They sang me happy birthday in their language , took a picture, give me a nice ceramic Buddha cup as a souvenir.
First time there and No, I don't returnI been in many other Hibachi places ( I love Hibachi) and this one is not one of my favorite.response / report this review
