We had spent months trying to negotiate with our insurance company after Hurricane Ian. They had said that we didn’t have enough damage to cover our deductible. We had had to put up a new fence, had roof damage, screen damage, and a roof leak. Thanks to Arias & Abbass the insurance company provided enough to cover the roof replacement and fix smaller issues. They were competent, professional, communicative, and a delight to work with.

With the recovery process from Hurricane Ian our insurance company sent an adjusting company out of Texas to process our claim. Not satisfied with a settlement offer of $1,000 over our deductible, we took the advice of a local roofer and made contact with Mo Abbass at Aries & Abbass Attorneys. Mr. Abbass and his support group efficiently took us up to and through arbitration, coaching us and keeping us notified as the process slowly developed. During arbitration it was comforting see Mr. Abass was in command of our particular situation which resulted in a more than favorable settlement that covered all necessary repairs to our home. The man is skilled and has a well-managed office.
