  On-Point-Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services was extremely responsive and provided excellent quality work at a really good value. I called them this morning with a concern about my AC and Emily was very helpful in booking me an appointment for the same day! and within two hours Wesley showed up to my house and he was able to diagnose the issue right away! He performed maintenance on the system and was extremely knowledgeable and communicative with his work. I have saved their number on my phone as my On-Point-Air-Conditioning-help for future repairs/maintenance needed. Do not hesitate to call them, they are legit at what they do. They have earned another happy customer and will refer them to friends and family.

  I was completely satisfied with my recent A/C service! Wesley arrived promptly and found the problem in 5 minutes. He was courteous and very professional, and completed the repair in less than an hour. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but having such a positive experience made it totally worth the cost. Great job!!

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and their amazing team! 🎉
  
  Here’s my story… So my AC just stopped working and I had called another company to come out (One Hour Air) because I had a service plan with them and they were adamant that I needed a whole entire new unit costing between $15-$20,000! They said it could ‘possibly’ be repaired for $4500 (the control panel) but that they wouldn’t repair it because I was a residential and not commercial customer so it wasn’t worth it to them and that I had to get a whole new unit.
  
  That’s when I went on the hunt for another quote and found On Point. Anthony the owner called me immediately and sent his technicians, Wes and Carter, over the same day (literally within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon!). Well it turns out I only needed a new thermostat! The one that I had was shot and just wasn’t communicating with the unit! Wes and Carter were absolutely amazing and so sweet and professional! I want to thank them and Anthony for being so awesome! And now they have a new customer for life! They literally saved me almost $20,000!
  
  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working, AC team! Thank you so much again! ☺️
