  Best property manager I’ve dealt with. They are always quick to respond if there is a problem with the home. Not to mention they send out professionals for repairs instead of “their guy”. Cannot thank Kevin enough for taking a chance on me after my foreclosure when no one else would rent to me.

  Kevin is very knowledgeable about the Pinellas County real estate market. I found him to be both professional and congenial. He understood my needs as a client and provided the information required to make appropriate decisions. He was always available to answer questions and responded quickly. I enjoyed working with Kevin and highly recommend him.

  Best realtor I ever worked with. This was my 3rd experience buying and Kevin went above and beyond for us and was willing to do everything in his power to negotiate the best deal with our seller (who was not very easy to work with). He was definitely our advocate. Any time I was interested in a new property, Kevin did not waste any time to make sure we could view the houses. Closing was on time and seamless thanks to his help and the mortgage lender he recommended. Thank you for everything!
