  Just left from our 3rd trip up north. We stayed at Arcadia House each time. Such a lovely place, quiet, clean, excellent location, and breakfast is beyond amazing! We will be back again!

  Once I arrived at the Arcadia House immediately it felt like Arcadia Home. Steve and Kim were wonderful hostesses, very accommodating. The "home" as we called it is beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfasts each morning were exceptional, so much detail to the look and the taste of the food. Any of our special needs were met with such delight! I'm coming back and bringing more friends. I miss my Arcadia Home. Alicia

  We love staying here! My wife and I stayed two years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back to celebrate our anniversary.
  
  We stayed in the Alice room this time, which is roomy and has a nice balcony that we can relax on.
  
  Breakfast is fresh and delicious, the hot tub is wonderful, and it's located not too far from Frankfort and Manistee if you want to get out for food or drinks.

  Right off M-22 in Arcadia, this place is a gem! The owners, Greg & Patrice, do a great job hosting & feeding their guests! They have breakfast that varies each morning and is always delicious, a hot tub, coffee/tea cart, a shared mini-fridge, small tv in the main living room, and always a round-table puzzle to work on upstairs :) Rooms are comfy and clean, all with en suite bathrooms. Everything is decorated in period antiques, lots of wallpaper and floral, and they even play 20s - 40s music during breakfast :) In the summer, there are beach towels you can borrow, and the beach is a few blocks away. In the winter, you can borrow snowshoes, which is fun & a great workout! Patrice's massages are very nice and personal.We've stayed here summer and winter and loved it both times!

  Or first bed and breakfast and realized unlike a motel, you need to be very quiet.
  Owners were very nice. Did not stay for the special breakfast due to being invited out to breakfast with relatives.
