  I love living at Arbor's at Water Edge in Columbus, Indiana. Very quiet and the grounds are kept very clean. Everyone in the office is always so helpful. I truly enjoy living at Arbors At Water's Edge, Columbus, Indiana

  We really enjoy the view of the lake from our apartment. Seeing the big, open skies and the geese swimming on the water when we look out our window is an awesome experience. The grounds here are well kept and the apartments are in good shape. We also enjoy the other 'extras' like the pool and fitness center.
  
  There is one negative about living here which is the parking. 90% of the time after 6:00 pm you will not find a parking space near your apartment. If that happens you generally have to park halfway across the complex and walk. You are warned over and over that they will not assign parking when signing the lease so I do give them credit for that.

  Awful and bratty children, noisy residents, and their service is awful we have had a broken air conditioner for a month and they still haven come to fix it. Don't waste ur time with these people.
