I've lived here with my husband for 5 years almost 6 now and while there are minor things to complain about I've been really happy living here. Yes the kitchen's are smaller and we have some issues with a water bugs and earwhigs, some times there have been instances of things not being fixed quickly but they really do try their best. If it weren't for me and my husband wanting larger kitchen, newer carpet and two bathrooms we would never leave here.

Moved in a few weeks ago. Office personnel are helpful and friendly. The apartment I am in is dated but the location is great, complex is quiet and maintained well. Decent place for what they charge.

I have lived at the Arbors currently going on 6 years. If you really want to be technical this is my 3rd time living at the Arbors. The first was when my parents brought me home from the hospital as they lived here before moving to a house then I moved here in the late 90's and again about 6 years ago. Management has changed over time and so has the maintenance staff. My husband and I are very please that Josh is a part of the office leasing team and that they have made changes to their maintenance staff. For the price, it's not bad considering we live so close to everything and for someone like me who needs her walk in closet it's heaven. I'm happy, my husband is happy and the dogs are happy and Josh since their is a closer dog park off of Meadlowlark I'll quit asking about that :) But I would like to see my carpets and kitchen cabinets updated because I feel like I'm the only one who still has the "OLD" yuck. Josh needs a raise he earns it he's straight up with you when you call and doesn't make open ended promises. I say this because I deal with him more and that's more of a preference for both my husband and myself. The Arbors is a nice place to call home if you have to rent an apt. We are happy.

This complex does appear to have biases. I tried moving here when I first moved out of state to take a new job. Only thing they could come up with was a dismissed eviction that happened 4 years period because I was hospitalized! Not an ACTUAL eviction.. just a notice.. Even though I had nothing before that or since AND worked for the major hospital system. They never even inquired about circumstances after I told them. I assumed it was prejudice because none of the other complexes had an issue with history from YEARS before.

And who accuses a reviewer of being in "cohorts" with another reviewer very crass business ethics much? The word is cahoots btw..

I am currently a resident at The Arbors, have been here for 3 years and I love it. They really care about their residents here, I had some problems with my unit when I first moved in just because the buildings have seen some age, and they did everything they could to ensure everything was fixed to my satisfaction as quick as possible. The apartments are kept clean, the landscaping is beautiful(especially around the two pools), and they are super pet friendly as well. The property managers here are great, they are always around if you have any problems or questions.

I've been here for years and people come and go just like any apartments, and I can guarantee that if you are a respectful person you will love it here. It is a quiet complex with everyone from young adults to families with children. I have lived in quite a few different apartments before now, and this has by far been my favorite and I would recommend living here to everyone!
