  I am a kind of new with this company & I have many years working experience in so many different organizations, the major difference here other than having a great systems but you are not treated as another machine but as a human,the philosophy here is being helpful in a best possible way & this start with clients, staff & so much more which you can not see it in large organizations, hard work but happy way. I was wish all of them the best.

  I love the teachers and school administrators that I get to help with Appreciation Financials school district approved 403B carriers!
  We represent 4 major 403B carriers that have approved contracts with local school districts. These companies are specifically designed to protect and grow public educators/classified employees retirement funds in conjunction with their CalSTRS/CalPERS pension funds.
  Teachers and classified staff enjoy being able to have a complimentary personal pension review that provides them with multiple, easy-to-understand options, instead of feeling forced into somehting by the one carrier being pushed by the school district for ease of benefit admin to the HR department, not neccesarily the best fit for teachers or classified staff retirement savings.
  Our clients appreciate having someone facilitate their supplemental retirement accounts easily instead of having to go thorough complicated and confusing phone conversations with various entities, when they don't even know the right questions to ask or what is really the best option for them or their needs because it's overwhelming.
  It is so rewarding to know that I am helping our incredible public educators be able to retire with dignity.
