Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Came in for a contactor and also left with a Hard Start kit for the compressor - Unit runs like new now! The gentleman also has a great sense of humor - you will leave with laughs and also added HVAC knowledge about your respective application..

Called for a part. Stated they didn't have the part. Didn't offer to order it? I had to ask! Didn't bother to look it up just gave me an estimate? Maybe they don't have power from hurricane?

I've been a customer 15+ years and have always had excellent customer care and ordered parts in short order. Both Luis Liz are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. If you have any questions or concerns they are the go to team. You can't go wrong as a customer there.

Always a Great Experience when dealing with Lizandra and Luis. Every time I've needed a part for a tenants location I've always been able yo get it because of their vast inventory. Liz and Luis are both knowledgeable and have helped me troubleshoot and determine the best course of action as it relates to appliance parts. Truly a Great Team!! When I ordered a timer part and picked it up for my Maytag dryer, I was informed that I had 90 days to return, from 2 employees before I walked out of the door. Nothing about once installed they do not accept returns, I had the part for no more than 3 days.
I have had my fill of getting the run around from appliance repair companies to parts suppliers.
I walked out. Make sure that you get all information in writing about what you can and can not return..

NOW I have a $127 timer that I have no use for, gonna sit and collect dust I guess.

YOU would think that they would have made some extra effort to offer a discount on returns - they are a parts department - I am pretty sure they would sell it sooner or later.
