Had to come back to the store multiple times, first time because one employee said they don't price match shows on the internet, the operations manager said otherwise. Next I just wanted to switch out a shoe. The employee had a difficult time understanding that all I wanted to do was return one shoe and buy a different shoe, and put the credit previously used on said returned shoe on the new one. And then we had to comeback a third time because of a defect. Same employee had a hard time understanding that I'm returning the shoe and getting a new one because of a defect. I'm never going back again. Shows are overpriced anyways.
