Not a happy customer on Christmas morning. I bought an iPhone 8 plus Saturday, 12/23, as a gift for my niece as well as a leather otterbox phone case. She opens everything this morning only to discover that the phone case I paid just over $43.00 for is NOT INSIDE THE BOX!!!! REALLY??? So, you all sold me an EMPTY BOX!!! And on top of that, The receipt says 7P for the case. I am truly one pissed off Aunt on Christmas morning. I cannot wait until this store opens Tuesday morning.
Great service with my Apple Watch repair. Customer service via the phone as a follow up on my repairs was extremely helpful and courteous.
My iPhone had a screen issue and I went in for a battery issue. they REPLACED my battery issue and they fixed the screen issue for free. These guys/ girls are chill I got a new battery and screen repair for 86 bucks on a iPhone 5s. They didn't even download the newest software update, which I'm purposely avoiding. Good job by you!!!
Intelligent and knowledgeable about the Apple Watch. Only issue I have is with corporate in that you SHOULD be able to switch out bands on the individual silver or black.
Chris spent a significant amount of time with me while trying to figure out the best option for fixing my mom's laptop. We were absolutely terrified of losing the pictures and videos of my late brother that were on the hard drive, so I was asking a lot of questions and pretty anxious about the whole thing. Chris handled it perfectly and never got frustrated with me. I cannot stand Apple and would rather use a pinecone for a cell rather an iPhone, but just the experience I had at the store in West Town made me see Apple in a different light. Thanks, Chris. Really appreciate all your help.
I am so ticked! In this day and age our phones are so critical to our business and personal lives. One day without it seems like forever let alone a week and a half. I guess I am more mad because Apple is so big it doesn't bother them if somebody gets mad. They have millions of people what does one person matter to them. I dropped my phone off after two long conversations on the phone with their phone support. They told me they had no idea what was wrong with my phone. They advised me to take it to the Apple store where they have phones they can swap it with. I paid full retail for this phone and now I have to get a refurbished phone after 6 months of use. I had no other choice so fine I drive 100 miles to the closest store. I drop it off on Sunday to get a call on Friday that they have replaced some piece inside of the phone. Great when do I get it back I asked. We can ship it to you and it will be there by tomorrow morning. Great that saves me a drive back up there. Wait! I check the tracking number they gave me today and my phone is in Indiana and will be here on Monday. I would have gladly drove the 100 miles up there not to have to wait another 2 days. It sure is tough being a consumer with a brand that we seem to need more then they need us. I must say the people in the Apple store were very pleasant but the process to take care of a customer is very poor. This rant will do nothing to get my phone back any sooner but it makes me feel better.
the costumer service over the phone is absolutely terrible. they were very rude and didnt take account for what i was asking. i said no to one their questions & the lady accused me of something. it was very disappointing.
Me and my girlfriend came here to get her phone fixed which randomly went black. Apple said they tried replacing the screen after we waited for two hours and that they couldnt do anything else. But come to find out, after speaking to Apple online tech (who said Apple hasnt tried replacing the screen) and taking the phone to a repair shop (who replaced the screen and it works fine now), the person at the Apple store blatantly lied to us and said they tried to replace the screen and they couldnt help us. Absolutely terrible.
Edit: minor grammatical miatakes
The staff at this Apple Store have been so unhelpful that I've resorted to solving all of the problems with my computer by contacting Apple over the phone. My MacBook is a lemon and after the first replacement of my logic board I still continued to have the same issue with my computer randomly dropping its connection to the internet so I took it in and they basically told me I was crazy and that there's nothing wrong with my computer- it must be environmental. Hard to believe since I've had the same problem here as I had in Vancouver, Canada at my ex's house. Now after 3 logic board replacements I'm still having the same problem and I've learned that it's well documented that my computer has a problem dropping it's connection to the internet otherwise they wouldn't have replaced the logic board the first time. Yet when I brought it in after the first replacement they placated me and said they'd keep my computer for 2 days- they said they'd try to replicate the issue but never told me they actually did it, they simply called a day later and told me to come pick up my computer. If it was well known that I had this problem and that's why they replaced the logic board the first time, they definitely should have taken me seriously when I came back in with the same problem within a week of getting my computer back. I'll never go to this store again, it's easier and far more effective to work with Apple over the phone and mail my computer into them rather than deal with the useless people at this Apple Store.
Surprisingly great experience getting my MacBook Pro worked on. An exam software I have to use for law school crashed and completely locked up my computer. Made an appointment online and the staff were able to help me save all my important documents then reinstall OS X fairly quickly and at no charge.
Not a huge fan of the new store design (other than more room). But the staff a the Apple Store have never done wrong by me. The do a great job of trying to be helpful, and are very knowledgeable.
Friendly and helpful. But my phone was suppose to be replace due to the battery and one lady told me a price that was very helpful for me and my income. But a man I spoked to told me I will have to pay full price now. I don't have no phone now. Not good on their word or prices. And when I called I stayed on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on!
My computer's hard drive broke during finals week at UT. The man that helped me said it could take 3-5 day to get it fixed, which was understandable. He was very informative and made sure I was aware of what they would be doing while having my computer at their store. I received an email the same night saying that my computer was fixed! The employees here are very helpful and friendly, while also working fast. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, as well as response time!
