Very pleasant and cooperative staff, with full knowledge of the products and all its features. We are very happy from their servies
I am a very loyal Apple user but I'm sorry to see how, while creating hype around new iPhone, the company Apple is ready to forget about the respect towards the clients.
I understand that the marketing strategy of Apple is to safe the scarcity of the product in the market for as long as it is possible. Everyone knows that the lines are created, only by using scarcity method, Apple never delivers enough numbers of iPhones, just about 10-20 phones per store. Apple is using people that are forced to stand in the line for hours to artificially make a product look more valuable. This is not a trustworthy relationship between Apple and their clients that everyone is already used to.
Today I was observing really disrespectful behavior from the employees of this Apple store:
When the store has just opened, in the line for the new iPhone was about eighty people, many of those people were asking how many phones are in stock, but the employees were ignoring this question. In the result, the entire line was waiting for 40 minutes while employees were working with first 10 people, afterward, employees went out to announce that the phones are sold out. This way, employees were keeping the line as an advertising of their store on purpose, knowing that there will be enough phone only for first few people when the other part of the line was waiting with no purpose.
For me, as a frequent user of Apple, it offensive to see so disrespect towards the clients.
My husband went into the store today 11/1/17 around 11:00 am he brought my i phone 7 in because I had an audio issue I couldn’t hear and people couldn’t hear me while talking! So The employee ran the diagnostics and everything failed he said he will get the the tech to blow air in it and if it fails he will get him a replacement so he went in the back and blew air in the phone and it failed again! So then he said he will put a part on it it will take several hours but my husband had to work so he couldn’t wait! So I set up an appointment for the Apple store Montgomery mall and guess what I walk out in less than 15 minutes with a brand new replacement! The moral of the story is I am a Caucasian woman and he is a big African American man he always has a problem when he goes to Apple and it’s so sad! Every time I go and my phones messed up I get a replacement no issues! I did not get the employee name but he has short red hair with big black glasses! I will be going there tomorrow to let them no that’s not how u treat people! Apple store Tyson’s is racist!!
I made a walk in appointment and was greeted by incredible staff. Laura helped me begin my reboot of my phone and went to help another customer. She noticed I was waiting for a little while by myself and got someone to help me until she was done with the other customer, who seemed to be giving her a hard time. She was extremely attentive and personable. She very quickly finished up my issue with my device and went out of her way to make sure I was ok. Thank you Laura and the Apple staff!
Walked out today with a brand new MacBook Pro + extra freebies that the team gifted me with. You guys are great! Go see John if you need anything Apple related!
If you like to experience the worst experience at an Apple store, please come to this store. I was greeted at the front of the store by an Apple Retail Specialist who directed me to the Apple Specialist at the table with Apple watches. While at the table with the watches, I waited over an hour for service. The Apple Specialist knew I was there as I was standing across the table from him. He never once acknowledged me. He walked away and avoided making eye contact with me. I had to flag him down in order for him to wait on me. Even when I did, he made excuses to delay waiting on me.
If I could give individual stars, I would. Some people are helpful and some are not.
This is my case;
I had a issue with my Apple Watch battery expanding and causing the screen to come off, after visiting this store and talking to a manager. She directed me to a technician that had attitude and wasn’t helpful at all, he just commented and gave me a rounded up number that will cost me around $75-200 to fix, he didn’t even make the effort to actually check the device or check any updates on his iPad about the issue.
I decided to look for the manager, who commented that she believes his technician decision and info he provided me with is correct, even when I show them that in multiple forums online people had the same issues and they have been helped by Apple. She told me the forums weren’t accurate and they couldn’t help me, I still asked to be schedule to see another technician. After they called me to meet with the new technician, she checked the watch, asked us some questions and wrote everything on her iPad, she was able to help us out a lot, our issue got resolved and I’m happy about the way she handle it and made it happen.
Good job Miss. Z
I came in for a screen fix and there was an issue with my Apple care. The manager was extremely helpful in resolving my problem and the customer service was outstanding!!! Best Apple store experience I've ever had!
I have never been disappointed by people by the manager by the workers by everybody in my life like the people in that store , one of them give me a bad attitude almost they wanted to hit me they don't want Even to assist me they don't want to even to talk to me I don't know why I feel so much offended by one of the workers ( a man ) who asked his friend to leave huh waving his hand in front of me like rude and mean and disrespectful! I'm gonna tell you that you have to respect people . Here is a short guy with a black beard . I have a new phone and i have a 90 days warranty I wanted to change it they refused just because they want to do what they want . I will tell everybody to be careful be careful be careful be careful you will never be helped by the manager nothing look at the reviews almost get one star ! Please be careful . The manger didn't do nothing for me nothing .
I am so disappointed
Worst customer service ever.
Went there to got my iPhone7 plus lcd replaced after waiting for 2 hours they come and tell me cuz my phone is water damage they can not fix my screen I have to pay $369 to get replacement phone and I ask them to show me how my phone is water damage cuz I never dropped in water or any liquid non of the sensor was red at all after argue with the sales person they show me pictures with my be their tech spit or something it was so tinny spot that they said was water damage seriously.
And the so called manager NANACY was talking to me with so much ignorance cuz I have have dark skin at the end don't waste your time and money going to this location and Apple should give them better training I'm totally agree with up selling but not ripping off customer.
Came in to help my wife get her phone fixed. I was twice basically turned away and told to come back in a couple days. All I wanted to do was get a water damaged iPhone 6splus serviced and try to recoop any files possible. Came in yesterday and told sorry too many appointments. Came in today and again 730 and they close at nine, was told oh yeah we really don't have any technicians come back later in the week. Not to mention customer service takes 20 min to get to talk to someone in person. I guess she might finally listen to me about getting a Google Pixel after all. She hates coming here so much she had me come for her. Hope Apple can find technicians to hire soon because I saw some disgruntled customer service leaving for the same reason as I walked out.
Depends on what time/day you go, but it's almost always busy. Sometimes you have to wait a while to talk to someone so make sure you're making an appointment ahead of time.
Apple contributes to the arrogance of their staff by calling school drop out losers geniuses. Paid $299 for replacement phone that was another piece of junk and I am back again setting up an appointment with another school dropout loser
Apple in general is a great company, this store managed the fix to my device with professionalism, iPhone 6s was having a issues with shutting off at 30%, I looked online and there's a site under apples site to check the serial number on your devise. If your devise comes up you can take it to a store for possible battery replacement.
