Like the location close to home but to get a appointment it’s like pulling teeth, hard to get
but hey I’m patient, retired, loving life at 63.
Good advice to kids like some one told me 30 years

The service at this Apple store is excellent. Each time I have visited this location I have been able to get in and get out quickly with the information and or product I intended get with little to no wait times.

Every time I visit this location, the staff are all very kind. This visit, the greeter and Josh were both outstanding! The greeter was very attentive to my needs and was on top
of his job. So when I was connected with Josh, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He even provided some useful advice. The store is always very clean and well organized. Less 3 stars Because customer service is horrible. Upon arrival I was greeted by a woman who later I found out was a manager. But during my visit I was passed by way too many times when trying to get an associates attention. I left the store only to call customer service & they told me to go back in. So I walked in and a man asked what can he help me with, but before I could speak he put his finger to me to ask another customer who came in behind me if he needed help & instead of assisting me first he just walked off .. Later I found out he was a manager as well 👎🏾 after 30 plus minutes of awkward wandering I got my replacement charger from the first manager. Now I don’t want to pull the race card but it surely looks that way, Ignore young black woman go straight to white people 💁🏾 This location sucks , I have never experienced this in other Apple stores & I’m from Wisconsin Almost makes me want to go Android 😑

I cannot begin to explain the EXCELLENT service I've just recieved today at the Town Square Apple Store in Las Vegas. Our wait did take a good while (granted its a saturday night and they were crazy busy) but the Tech that helped us went above and beyond that it did not even matter. I believe her name was Charisma, she was the epitomy of excellent service. And trust me, it takes a lot for me to say someone has provided me with excellent service, let alone go online and leave a review. I am just not the type. But nevertheless, the amazing service, explanation and help she provided my fiance and I was quite frankly inspiring. She makes you want to be a nicer person. Your store has an Amazing employee representing your brand, I suggest you hold onto her for as long as you possibly can, might I even suggest promoting her because she truly does deserve it!! If you're reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH and thank you for showing us that there are still patient, kind, and genuinely helpful people out there in the world!

A great place to buy product and a lot of people that will help you out. If it is crowded it will take you probably 5-10 minutes. Also you have to go on a list to buy something and it takes a little bit of waiting.

Can be a mad house at times, but the staff will help you out quickly. They surprise how me knowledgable they all are. Like walking Steve Jobs, all of them.

I would give zero starts if I could. I walked into the store and told the greeter that I wanted to buy a laptop, he just nodded and said cool. so I just walked around aimlessly for about 20 minutes trying to talk to someone, eventually someone helped me out and put my name on a list. Shouldn't it be the greeters job to put my name on a list instead of him just slouching over a counter? Where is the costumer service? I don't expect immediate service but really it took me 20 minutes to just put my name on a list?
