Great place, the employees are knowledgeable, and are eager to help! They greet you at the door, and send you to the right person to help you. Products are usually in stock. There is an elevator in the back of the store to help you. The store is very modern, and sleek. I'd say 60% of the store is glass. My only problems are: the store can get packed, there is little to no parking, and the Genius Bar is on the third floor.

Perfect place to come to mess around and pretend you have enough money to buy an expensive phone. Not perfect if you actually need help.

Great apple store. Very spacious — there are three floors! I was able to quickly find what I was looking for. Not very crowded even at peak hours. The staff was friendly. This location is easy to spot from the street.

The true rating is 0. A huge number of employees are carried around the hall with pagers and other means of communication. They wrote me in line and said that it would take 25-30 minutes. I waited an hour, turned to the staff several times. Every time they told me that they were doing everything possible that it would take just one more minute. I left without receiving service, and it did not make any impression on the staff. More disgusting service I have not received anywhere in USA and Europe

Honestly hands down one of the. Eat experiences I've had at an apple site. Natasha was beyond the best at my Genius Bar apt. Everyone there was crazy friendly, peppy and helpful. Three floors of the usually minimalist modern design and central to Boston and the Pru. If you have a problem or need help this location is magic!

3 floors of the same stuff. You would think they would have a demo model of the new phones due in a week. In order to learn about the product, you have to load up an app on the product. There were no spec sheets beside each product. I guess it would make sense to the typical customer who has no clue about computers.

I arrived early for my Genius Bar appointment. The staff was friendly and let me sit until my appointment time came and began timely. A great atmosphere: dogs in the store, drinks and food allowed, which made my hour wait much more pleasant. Hopefully the outcome is as great as my experience is.

Siting at the service bar forever. My appointment was for 1.30 pm and it is already 2 pm still no one shows up and I can see bunch people sitting behind the genuine desk talking to each other and doing nothing with high quality. The guys who arrange the appointments are absolutely dummies. I asked one of them 3 times what is going on and he is looking me with empty eyes and has no answer 3 times. I have to bagging those people for some service. When they have to sell you something they are super quick otherwise sitting and waiting forever for someone who didn't want to work on satuday

This place is very cool! From the glass stairs to the completely glass front section. The apple store is very modernized. I did have some problems when I was fixing my Macbook, but other than that, this place is great.

Three stories of Apple goodness. Typical glass interior with an open floor plan. Staff are very helpful, and there are more than enough to ask for help. Apple is so popular and since this is the only one in Boston, it's packed. Good luck!

This is a huge Apple Store. I recommend getting an appointment if you need help, but that's not the fault of the store. That's standard Apple practice. Anything Apple related that you want, you can find here. Sales people are polite, friendly, knowledgable, and won't bug you if you prefer to browse the wares on your own. They're also efficient and do not try to upsell you too much. I come here mostly for quick pickups of items that I purchase online, and it's always been a quick process, in and out in minutes.

It was an okay Apple, not as good as others. Long wait and always have a lot of people. Staffs tend to walk around all the time and seems like they are not available to help you at all. Genius Bar always have you wait for no matter your appointment time is. Need a better way to organize the time and the staffs. If you're reading this, it's not too late to change Apple.
