Amazing staff. My MacBook Pro suffered memory failure. Online diagnostics attempted though failed. So early Sunday the dog and I drove off-cape and 2 hours to Hingham/Weymouth to met Alex. She is amazing. So helpful, attentive, kind, patient. In fact the entire team were tremendous. Highly recommend. #Yogi #SwedishVallhund #Apple #loyal #MerryChristmas #kindness

    They Suck!!!!

When into the Apple Store in Hingham at 3pm today. Was asked to down load some photos to the cloud before getting a new phone. Started the down and was told be another employee not to start the download at the store takes too long. The download at all even started. The down load was finally done at 5:14.

I was asking when the download was done to come straight to them and They would get me a new phone. I was told I was never put in the Q and would have to wait. After another hour I talked with. Another manager. Who said sorry, someone would be with u next. At 610 pm I left the store no new phone.

Sad sad sad excuse for customer service. Had an appointment to get my screen repaired, drove over 2 hours from Cape Cod to hear "oh, we don't have any replacement screens right now". These "geniuses" couldn't email/call me and let me know they couldn't fix my screen seeing as I had an appointment to get my screen repaired????!!!! Then they told me they could give me a whole new phone, great! Wait 20 minutes and hear "oh, uh, we don't have any of your phone in stock right now". What kind of sad excuse for a business is this?!!! To top it all off the customer service was beyond rude, and did not care at all about my situation. I have a job which requires me to always have my cell phone, hence why I went all the way there to fix it instead of sending it in. Even after knowing that I require my phone for my job, the associate told me to send my phone in and I'll get it back within a week. Screw you apple, and your horribly rude employees. My family and I will never buy from you again. An android is looking very appealing right now, and I'll even have a port for my headphones!!! How brilliant!

Apple store employees have been turned into used car salesman. I went in to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. I was pressured to buy a new one. Then I was told that they "might" not be able to fix because of some mumbled reason. Then I told them I had an appointment the following day to have it fixed at a 3rd party shop, all the sudden it was fixable at a fair price and in an acceptable amount of time. Its horrible to think how much additional revenue Apple takes because they throw technical staff, trained to upsell, on the average uninformed tech buyer Dear Apple, Disgraceful.

Don't believe some slightly negative reviews about the staff. They are personally nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only reason that Gave the store only 4 stars is because I liked the previous store design rather than the newer, sleeker, colder design.

This is a really cool place, just walking into the store is special, with its open and inviting atmosphere. There are people just waiting to help you and plenty of 'toys' to play with. Apple does many things well, this is one of them.

There is nothing wrong with this apple store with exception of long wait times for an employee to assist you (unless you go early morning or late at night) with your broken device or if you have a device maintenence issue.
The Apple Store is located in an upscale outdoor type mall comprised of
    Clothing and Dining.

Absolutely horrendous product and service. I tried to make an appointment online but I can't because you can't chat or leave a call-back number without first entering a serial number which I did but it would not accept it. Then I waited on the phone for 25 minutes before someone finally answered. I tried to make an appointment but they would not see me for 24 hours. Additionally, my new iphone stopped charging which is why I need to make an appointment to go see them. To top off the bad experience, the closest Apple store is one hour away. Lastly, I want to give them NO stars but you have to give them ONE star which they don't deserve. Good luck to the rest of you.
