I had a very bad experience last night at this particular store. After receiving a defective iPhone X, I was referred to this store to exchange it. Once I spoke to the young lady, she told me that they would be able to replace it, but I would no longer be eligible for Apple's warranty, nor would I be able to purchase apple care after they replaced the phone. Seeing as how the device was defective, this made no sense. I was at the store for over two hours, a manager never came to speak to me until I was walking out. I ended up returning the phone and walking out without a phone, and the manager even tried to sell me BACK THE DEFECTIVE DEVICE plus a warranty at FULL PRICE. I am very displeased with how they handled this situation. Especially after paying $1200 for a phone and waiting over a month to receive it.

I went to the Apple Store in Boca Town Center Florida with my son, and my 16 Granddaughter. The people working there this evening were AMAZINGLY HELPFUL They were very very Friendly and caring. Not only did they take their timing helping my Granddaughter get a new phone, he even took his time to teach her about the phoneThe workers name was Davidso this is a shout out to David from the Boca Store The Adams Family

Checked in at the Genius Bar and got skipped, the rep never checked me in (yes, I’m 100% sure I checked inthis certainly isn’t my first time at the Apple rodeo) so I had to wait in the back of the line again.

Scheduled appointment a week ago for today! Greeted with attitude to check in! Got checked in still waiting 30 minutes later. I asked a random person working engaged in conversation amongst themselves (interrupted there personal conversation) and I asked why am I waiting if I had an appointment. I was told that they will call me when they’re ready! Come on I scheduled an appointment so I don’t have to wait in line! This is a horrible location and people here are so non customer friendly! Guess I will edit when I have a final wait time to note!

Made an appointment, went to this store, which is always busy. Had to wait only 15 minutes before a nice tech named Pascal assisted me. Great guy. Found the staple clogging my power port. Since I am a PC gal and new to Mac, I didn't even think of the magnetic port. Wanted to share with him, and the others at the store, that there IS a way to forward and backward delete using the delete key. I don't think I had explained it properly to him at the time.

Since "backspace" is actually the delete key on my Mac laptop, it will only delete to the left of the cursor, not to the right. If you hold the Fn key and press Delete, it will delete the character to the right of the cursor, which is forward delete. That's what I was searching for. Thanks to Google, I found the shortcut.

But Pascal was great. Nice, friendly, helpful and ran a diagnostic on my laptop to make sure all was in working order. I am not a fan of this store because it is so busy, but Pascal made the experience worth the trip. Thanks!

You must make a reservation or wait for more than a hour.

The store is always busy with an incredible amount of staff.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

There’s had to be a better communication amongst the staff. If one employee says/does something for the customer it a general rule to uphold what was said/done. Had an issue with checking in for our appointment. We had the case ID right , came in 20 earlier than the appointment time and we were told that for whatever the reason was that they couldn’t find us in the system but that the would take us in as a walk-in and do whatever they could to help us. About an hour into the wait we asked the employee who first checked about our queue number we were told that we would be next. After about 30 minutes or so(I’m guessing that the first employee shift was over) we asked a second employee about our status and we were told that 1) we weren’t in the system and that 2) if we wanted to wait the wait time for desktop computers would be over 2 hours not accounting for the people already in queue. We told him about our problem when we first got in and he said that we could wait or schedule another appointment for a later date.

Horrible communication in the store and really makes you feel like buying apple products isn’t worth it if I’m being treated so horrible in the only places I can go to fix them. Will not be back to this horrible location

iPhone 7, claimed to be water resistant, not true. Phone's speaker and home button stopped working after being spilled a little cup of coffee on it. The shop refused to give out a free replacement and said that was an accidental damage which they need to charge $320 to replace the phone. Clearly, this is a product defection because I just bought the phone 9 months ago, the seal should have not gone yet.

We were attended to within 5 minutes of our appointment by a knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive representative. Our issues were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. We were gone in about 20 minutes.

Walked into this store with an appointment to fix my Iphone 6, The guy i spoke to was rude for starters, then he asks for my phone. So i hand in my phone he takes it to the back. Now note that these phones are notorious for having bends in them, My phone only had a cracked glass no LCD damage no bends in the frame nothing at all just a crack glass all functions working the guy checked everything right in front of me stated all functions were working in the system notes. I get my phone back after 30 minutes now the glass is cracked the screen is not turning on and they tell me that my phone has motherboard damage and I could replace the phone for $200. I asked how did this happen and just kept repeating motherboard damage. Little did they know I work for a Cell phone repair company and I'm not "STUPID" when it comes to these repairs. I go to apple because I'd like to keep my warranties but you know I am only 14 days away from warranty expiration maybe thats why they didnt want to fix my phone. Needless to say I took my now Not working phone home when it was working when i went in, and ordered my own screen which I was trying to avoid. When the screen arrived 3days later I put it together on my phone and well what would you say MY PHONE TURNED ON AND IS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE NO ISSUES NOTHING THIS WAS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO. MY PHONE STILL WORKS GREAT THAT GOES TO SAY THAT THE TECHS AT APPLE BROKE MY LCD DISPLAY AND DID NOT WANT TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGES SO THEY CAME UP WITH THE MOTHER BOARD DAMAGE LIE TO AVOID DOING SO. YOU GUYS SHOULD REALLY HIRE BETTER MORE EFFICIENT TECHS AND OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES NOT LIE ABOUT IT.

Staff by the name Janelle was rude and condescending and has no business in customer service. Beware as well that Apple has thought through the perfect scam: son cracked screen on 1 year old phone, I get repaired at cell phone store, battery swelling before this however I take the phone to the store after the screen repair and they said the faulty battery is not covered, warranty voided bc I fixed the screen. Last iPhone I ever buy, we are an Android family from here out.

Terrible customer service! I had an appointment for 12:30, I got there at 12:00 and stood on line about 10 minutes to check in. The "genius " that checks people in tells me I will not be seen earlier because I got there early. I told him that's fine I wasn't expecting to be seen earlier I just wanted to check in. Then he tells me I can't check in till 12:30 because that's the time of my appointment. I told him all I wanted was to check in so they can know that I was there. If you get to a doctor's appointment 20 minutes early the doctor doesn't tell you to leave and come back exactly at your appointment time. Then he starts telling me that they have all these other people who have appointments before me that are already on the checked in list. I still don't understand what that has to do with checking me in and just putting a note that my appointment is at 12:30 I thought these people were geniuses. He wanted me to get off the line, wait till 12:30 then get back on the line that takes anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes just to check in. I ended up leaving and dropping the computer off at the store I originally bought it at. It takes longer to get it back that way but the people at the store are not morons like the "Geniuses" at the Apple Store in Boca. I spent 1,200.00 dollars on the computer I feel that their customer service should be a lot better.

Going from my Samsung 7 to an Apple 7 was because of you very informative classes at your store. Though it's getting a bit difficult
to get into a basic info class. Wish there were more morning and
    afternoon classes available. GR
