I recently leased a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with Apple Subaru, and the experience was second to none. After reaching out to a few local dealers, Spencer @ Apple was the first to get back to me, and never let more than a few moments pass by before answering my many questions through phone/email/text. Spencer was extremely responsive, thorough in explaining every detail, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my final decision. Great experience all around thanks to Spencer and the rest of the team.

I really felt comfortable at Apple Subaru. Matthew went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Not only was I more than satisfied with his service, the other employees were friendly as well. They were even hosting an event to help a local rescue to get dogs adopted and gave out free food and bark boxes to the customers. The employees made sure we ate Panera sandwiches and they give a gift card for test driving a vehicle. They also have a pet friendly area for when you bring your car in to be serviced. I was amazed! Thanks again Matt! We will be back again.

I just had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences! Spencer and Casey were great! They had everything prepared, the car detailed and looking good when we arrived. After completing some paperwork (using a very cool electronic desktop) we were ready to go. The facility and personnel are top rate! Highly recommend!

Matt and Kay were absolutely delightful to work with in our purchase of our new legacy. If you are shopping for a new Subaru I strongly recommend a visit to Apple. It was the most laid back new car purchase we ever made. No pushy feeling like we get going to other dealerships. I really enjoyed my experience with Subaru. I knew what vehicle I had in mind. I test drove it and my decision was made. The process of getting the paperwork completed took a while. But of course that was expected, I really enjoyed my experience at Subaru and am very impressed with their product.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had someone tell me that the control arm on my Subaru was "so badly bent it wouldn't have passed inspection" and would cost me $500 to fix. My car was inspected two months prior with no concerns regarding the control arm and I had not been in an accident of any kind or hit anything. car wasn't making any strange sounds, the car wasn't pulling and everything appeared fine to me. I too it somewhere else for a second opinion and the manager looked at it as well. Nothing was wrong. Never go to this place, especially if you're a woman. They tried to con me out of $500 and run a sleazy, dirty business. Everyone who works there is ignorant.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Sales dept is very pushy and unreasonable to deal with. Was not willing to negotiate at all and wanted me to pay full sticker price for a Forester.

I love Subaru so I am biased. However, I will review this as sales and service. I bought my car here and have it maintained here. I always have very fast service. The free shuttle driver is so helpful. They don't try to trick me into doing extra work, as they know I go into service with knowledge and the owners manual. I enjoy going here for service, and the remodeled building is great!
