  This guy was terse on the phone, replying that he does not provide family therapy services that my children need, would not want to write nor send an observation of child-parent interaction report to family court. All I got was a "good luck" wish. What a misnomer for his alleged services.

  despite reading the reviews even the most recent one i decided to contact this company anyway being they are close to my area. The first time i called the phone just rang to the last ring a guys voice came on the phone and said must be a subaru what ever that means, Usually when someone answers a phone call to any business they state the name of the business and ask how can they help he did neither. i decided to call back he came on the phone and said this was the third call he had recieve and he doesn't have time for this i responded saying this is why your reviews are like that this is why you have no assistant and probably no patients he is a very rude individual and i don't see how he could be a therapy or counselor for anyone he seems to be a menace to the industry

  Please do NOT use this doctor. He is very very rude. He had a very hard time verifying my insurance. He said he talked to the insurance company for an hour and a half and I told him I will call for him to verify. I even sent him a picture of my insurance to help him out. On top of that I even apologized for the inconvenience. When I spoke to him after I spoke to my insurance company to let him know he does take my insurance he was being veryyyy rude and kept telling me he doesn’t want to talk to them again to verify. I did my best to help him out. If I did my part he should’ve done his and do his best to accommodate me. And When I told him NICELY if it’s too much trouble for him I can find another psychologist he gave me an attitude and said PLEASE do and hung up. After this experience I will let people know about this experience so they don’t go through what I went through. I really hope he learns his lesson because everybody in his area knows each other or is connected.
