I would highly recommend! They make you feel as though you are their top priority and they are very good at showing they care. Ian and his team do all they can to help! If I ever needed a lawyer again I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Ian is the worst attorney. He made my case get dismissed by not showing up for court dates and did nothing regarding any motions, also refused to let me know. Coerced me into signing a paper going against me.

Great personal injury lawyer that does everything for you. I gave Mr. Silverthorne a call and he made me feel comfortable with the process and always kept me in the loop. I would definitely recommend to others.

I was in a family court situation yesterday and Ian decided to step out of his element to assist a friend, this was a very personal family case.
I had not yet secured my attorney, so essentially I was "pro per". Mr. Silverthorne would not allow me his name, or business card not tell me which firm he represented. He was "showboating" and waving his arms, loudly performing as if this was the case of the century in a sensitive family court matter in the hallways, encouraging hateful behavior. He was very rude and I've been an child support advocate for ten years and have never seen such unprofessional behavior.
I've spoken to many large firms recently and they explained that any lawyer of merit would never encourage and self promote in such a delicate environment. Best he sticks to fender benders. Personally, this is a man of ego and not merit.
His client has a very violent history and his tactic is to further abuse the victim who has endured years of physical abuse.
Definitely not impressed. But I know you can hire him for very low costs, he isn't top of the league.response / report this review -

Our experience with Sivlerthorne Attorneys was fabulous. We were in a car accident back in July of 2014 we were re-ended, we had no idea on what to do, we didn't gf have an attr & a friend had given us Mr. Sivlerthorne name & number. It was the best thing we could have done. He was sitting with us at our kitchen table within 2 days of our accident. His staff, Veronica & Emily were my saving grace. I hada million questions & they made it very easy to get an ansyor just reasure me that every thing was OK. And is was. I would tell everyone that I know if you need an attorney to call Mr Sivlerthorne 100% evey time all the time. If we need Mr Sivlerthorne again it would be the first call I make, even before my insurance company??

When I became a client of Silverthorne Attorneys, I immediately felt reassured and safe. My accident had been minor, but my injuries were extensive. I understood that it would be a hard fight to get the insurance company to pay attention to my claim, but I could see the diligence with which Silverthorne Attorneys executed my case. I felt that Silverthorne Attorneys were professional, respectful and determined. I knew I was in good hands. Communication is a key ingredient in the handling of personal injury cases and Silverthorne Attorneys definitely delivered on that. I was very pleased with my experience of working with Silverthorne Attorneys. I would recommend them to anyone with a personal injury case in the Southern California region.

I found Ian Silverthorne online and called his office, Ian was available to speak with me regarding a car accident my friend was in. Ian was immediately attentive to hear my situation and provided his assistance to help resolve an accident hearing; revocation of license; and possible resolution for further insurance claims. I was very pleased with Ian's demeanor and willingness to take on this matter for my friend. I will defintely refer anyone I know that needs an attorney in his field of practice. I will keep this reveiw updated.

Ian was the attorney for my spouse who was injured in an auto accident. He is a solid attorney, but more importantly, he is excellent at caring for his client and managing the client's case (including, in this case, organizing the medical records and billing from ongoing treatment). He also got back to us quickly whenever we had any concerns.
I have recommended Ian to friends and will continue to do so in the future.response / report this review
