The socket I ordered had the wrong sized fitting (and the website didn't say what size it was). I wrote customer service to inquire about other size options. Stephanie suggested I purchase another part. When I received the new part, it didn't go with the type of socket I had originally purchased. When I told Stephanie this, she said I should have read the description when I ordered the part (that SHE suggested)! I paid $11 to ship two small parts totalljng $5 and my lamp still isn't fixed and they say it's MY fault I didn't read the description. Terrible customer service and attitude.
