Great to bring dogs outside. Good food. Slow help. Great ambiance outdoors.

One of the last few Anthony's left. This one is arguably one of the best. It oversees a beautiful lake with a great outdoor dining area that is fit for pets (they even have food to serve your pets). Quality and menu are the same as any Anthonys. Delicious restaurant!

La Mesa is not one of San Diego’s coastal spots, but you’d never miss it if you visit Anthony’s. This sweet waterside mainstay offers delicious seafood fare, including Mama’s clam chowder and juicy lobster tails. It’s not the cheapest place, but it’s seafood so you shouldn’t go in expecting Long John Silver prices. Anthony’s also has a great children’s menu and lets kiddos feed the local ducks. Bonus: If your family includes a dog, you can eat outside with Fido.

Ambiance was nice. Our server Robert was a delight! Everything was excellent. I ordered my steak medium, it was well done, my only complaint. I definitely would visit again!

This is the kind of unique restaurant any city would be thrilled to have. The minute you walk in, it feels so inviting and creative with its soft, muted ocean ambiance. The restaurant overlooks the lake, and the long patio curves around the water. You can even bring your dog outside with you! The food is scrumptious, and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had to switch to a gluten free diet, and many of their best dishes can be modified to satisfy this requirement, and are still yummy! You can come casual or dress up-- it's the kind of place where you always feel welcome.

We fell in love with the outdoor seating by the lake. Dog friendly patio and a doggie menu. Mr. Ghio the owner seated us and brought us cocktails. Awesome food, service and venue.v

Chill atmosphere, eating outside is nice. The menu seems to be limited but the food is good. Pretty good service.

Has been one of our fav places for the last 5 decades! Their big pond, water features makes you feel like you're out in some secluded spot.
Is a great place to "treat" your best friends and others for a great meal

Went there for dinner on a business trip. Fresh steam claim for the appetizer is the best! My on tray is perfect as well. Highly recommend this place for fresh seafood!

The food was quite good, and very quick to arrive. In my opinion, the variety could have been a little better. Over all, very good and a wonderful view.

What a great place for lunch and enjoying the view of San Diego harbor. We ate at the grill and the food was very good. With a view like that I can not imagine sitting inside. I am so glad we were able to get a table next to the water and watch the boats go by before heading over to the maritime museum. Make sure you hold onto your plastic cups because it can be windy outside on the deck.

Beautiful views and good seafood. Most of the seafood is prepared simply with most of them grilled or breaded. The service was good also. The only thing that distracted from the experience was the high pressure picture sales. There is someone that will come by your table, take a pic and print it out of your family, then pressure you to purchase the picture with a level of salesmanship you o lyrics expect at a car dealership.
