No "Hi" or "Welcome to Jamba Juice". Standing here looking stupid waiting for my order to be taken while the one girl is having a side conversation with what looks to be either another employee off work or a friend. Finally another lady takes my order. Large strawberry surf rider. She isn't paying any attention I had to repeat my order a few times. By far one of the worst Jamba Juices I've ever walked into. These employees don't care about the customer. And the sad part was the store manager was sitting at the table what looks to be interviewing someone. I will avoid this Jamba Juice at all possible costs.

Today I visited around noon, there was no one waiting. I get helped from a young men, not friendly at all, he gets my order wrong and I noticed so we fixed it. But to my surprise, he gave me both the ginger shots I ordered with so much cayenne pepper that the one ( I couldn't even finished ) hurt my stomach, so I had to ask to do the other one again without the cayenne pepper. Then he makes my green "fresh juice" in the blender, in a hurry he pours like 3/4 of the 12 oz cup that was mostly foam and throws away what is left in the blender (which was quite a bit) in a hurry.
I just think owners of this jamba juice need to pay more attention to who they hire or give more training.
I love jamba juice and i have never had a bad experience with them, but if I have to go to this one again I wouldn't want that boy to help me again.response / report this review -

I'm pretty sure this Jamba Juice is the source of California's drought problem. Being the only customer I somehow get to observe the sink behind the register run continuously for 15 mins. Same thing 3 separate times with different employees. Is the sink broken? I'll pay to fix it

Awful. I've been coming here for years and the employees keep getting worse. They have awful attitudes and their smoothies come out in chunks. They focus on talking to each other rather the customer. Never coming here again.

Me and my friend are very disappointed.
The workers seem like they cant make a decent smoothie. I always order Razzmatazz and he gets mango go go its usual water down i had to tell them to make me a better.
But this past week they made me a tasteless smoothie. Not worth going anymore!response / report this review -

My first time going to jamba juice was nice. Luckily my sister and I beat the crowd flow of people that came after us. Our orders were ready in a timely fashion and the staff were very nice.
