Today was my first visit to U2 New U, I went for a facial and eyebrow threading. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Stella who offered me fresh water or their special juice blend. When I asked her what kind of juice she told me the story about how they make it there fresh ever morning.The juice is very much like a tiny smoothie and it is served in the coolest tall copper cups. It's a wonderful concoction of banana and berries, what a way to welcome and put you in a happy mood before your relaxation, bravo U2 New U! I had the rolling dough facial which is incredible, everyone took their time with me and I didn't feel rushed. The facial was wonderful and I could not believe the results. Ani explained the different facials and how the orange peel cleans your skin, the cucumbers soften the skin and the rolling dough removed toxins from the skin. At times my face felt mildly burning but it was because the treatment was working. By the time I was finished, it felt like a whole new face. It was very surprising to see such good results from one treatment, I will definitely be back. On the way out, I got my eyebrows threaded and picked up some gift cards to give as Christmas presents. I made an appointment for Monday for my daughter and next Saturday for my wife. I love this place!

I don't often give a 5 star rating but this spa deserve the best. First this spa is well designed and impeccably clean. My anestasis Ani was amazing. The waxing treatment I received was done with with great care and efficiency and surprisingly painless, the results were perfect. Many other services are available. I plan to return to try a new procedure for eyebrows. I highly recomend this spa, ladies you won't regret it. Paula

I went to them for a hair treatment which is quite straightforward but these people did the impossible..They ruined my hair!! I showed them proof of all the damages and they were quick to launch an investigation and audit their employees and they even put their employees on notice, probably took it as a chance to reduce those poor losers' salary. They agreed that they were at fault but when i asked them to fix my hair, they sent me from one manager to another to anotner and finally left me out in the cold. They neither fixed my hair nor returned my money and all this for about $200. Go to them if you want to ruin your hair. They did the same thing for facials and waxing as well which was worth another about $200. The lady doing the waxing did it in a semi dark room because the gurney was higher in there and she didnt want to get a back pain in the waxing area where the gurneys were at a lower height. As a result half the hair on the back of the legs was left behind. Horrible service and even more horrible management.

New Years Eve, I met with Mahina to have my chin waxed. After the 2nd time she reapplied the wax I told her it was burning and asked that she stopped reapplying the strip on the same areas of my chin. She told me not to worry and kept reapplying.
I was forced to go to the emergency room the next morning because my chin was terribly raw and extremely painful. I met with Anoo the next business day and showed her the results of Mahina's work on my chin. Anoo was extremely sympathic and told me to expect a call from the owner Ani who is her sister.
Ani Miryala, has not once apologized, instead she has offered me medical advice along with $150. She told me in all the years of having her business this has never happened before.
I am devastated by this whole ordeal and the way I have been treated by the owner. I have not left my home because of the stares I have received in public. It looks like I was burnt by oil and I am terrified that due to Mahina's work this will lead to significant scaring.

Unfortunately, since Ani has refused to handle this matter in an uncaring, unapologetic, disconcerting way, I am now forced to go to social media, better business bureau and seek legal council.
I am also concerned that other clients have fallen victim to the neglectful practices of this Boca Raton spa. I strongly recommend not spending your money at this location. Should something happen to you, be advised the owner will minimize your injuries.

Today was my first time at Anoo's Herbal Day Spa. I tried the eyebrow threading, and it was great! I have been looking for a place to do threading rather than wax for a while now. For your first time you get a discount, which is great! At the end of the threading they give you a great eyebrow/ sorta facial massage, which feels amazing! I definitely will be a returning customer. Kalpa was the name of the person who did my eyebrows.
