I would give zero stars for customer service but that is not an option. I was not allowed entry with my toddler and infant because I had the wrong cart. I was stalked by the Hallmark gestapo upon trying to enter. I was told I couldn't come in with my TJMaxx cart. Personally I think they are prejudice against TJ's but what do I know. Then I was thrown out like a piece of garbage to the curb.. baby, toddler and all, on a cold Winter night. I felt like a homeless man getting kicked out of a Dunkin donuts. I WAS a paying customer but no more. Hallmark you really lost a good one here. On a side note.. your movies make me want to stab my eyes out. That is all.

The place and people are awesome. But for some reason they let people being there pets in. My daughter is severely allergic to dogs while we are waiting in line with a dog in the stores cart it's shaking around and the woman is petting it making dander go everywhere. I wouldn't of said anything but the manager walked up and started petting it too. So they must not care that much. And now my kid has to sneeze with itchy watering eyes the rest of the day or take benadryl and be sleepy. Doesn't seem like a good set of options to have when just going to get a mother's day card.
