My wife and I have done quite a few escape rooms and we did the Atlantis one with friends who have also done escape rooms. Overall it was very difficult from the start because the initial puzzle was accidentally opened by force by a member in our party. (See poor build quality below) It never felt like there was momentum going through the rooms and hints were constantly needed.
There weren't any props/clues to search for and the build quality was on the lower end. The puzzles had wear marks and was showing its age.
It's possible we just chose a very hard room and got stumped, but for $35 a person, the so-so quality doesn't make me think this is the top rated escape room experience that I've come to know elsewhere.
Edit: The staff was super friendly and didn't impact my experience negatively at all. My review is more focused on the room itself.
This place was an absolute blast! The puzzles were fun and engaging and kept us on our toes. We got down to the wire and barely escaped in time! The staff was extremely friendly and helped us take a picture to celebrate our victory afterwards. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!
Had a fabulous time here with my ladies! Nathan greated us when we arrived and was absolutely personable and pleasant. We got to speak with Casper and she was a pure delight. Definitely a fun time was had by all. Please go! Enjoy!
We had so much fun!! My husband and I did both the Atlantis room and the Dr Mad room, just the two of us. Both rooms were fun and challenging, though we definitely enjoyed the Dr Mad room for its difficulty! The puzzles were clever and all of the mechanisms worked fabulously. Can't wait to come back and do the last room, and also visit the Pasadena location!
Amazing and clean environment. Mickie and Becky were more than awesome with excellent people skills and made good recommendations for me as a first timer. Definitely would advise anyone that’s considering an escape room to go here. Great job guys, y’all are awesome.
