  Love this store and the people Inside!!! Only adult store I've ever visited that allowed try on of outfits with proper safety under attire! Around Christmas, I was shopping for myself and my card declined due to an unexpected charge to my account. Long Story short.Jessie told me to pick one items I was planning to purchase and purchased it for me!! He stated that it counts as part of their employees elf program which allows an employee to elf gift one item to one person. I literally cried at his gesture to do this. Furthermore, I'm not a local.I'm from out of town so it's not like I have any sort of report with anyone in the store. There are still amazing people in the world.I was just privileged and l ucky enough to have an amazing encouter with one of them!!

  I bought a 45$ 3pc set from them. Took it home and the strap immediately broke after first putting it on. I tried to repair it and later it broke again in a different spot. I called the store and asked what could be done and all they offered was a store credit but I would still have to return the item. Honestly terrible customer service. I don’t normally ask for refunds or anything of the sort but are you kidding me?? They sold me a defective item and the best they would do is replace it at the cost of me to drive there when it was convenient for them.

  Wanted to come in and have a look around and see if there was anything I'd be interested in purchasing later. I had my 3 month old baby with me and the male staff member didn't even let us in the door, stating "No infants allowed". I had never heard of this policy before and the male staff member was very rude about it. Disappointed with this as it was my very first visit to a boutique of this nature and was nervous about the whole experience. The staff member made it an immediate negative experience and now I would not want to go back. I'll get up the courage eventually to go into another boutique store where I'll spend my money. Bad job Eros on unfriendly staff and making (would be) paying customers not feel comfortable or welcome.

  One of the coolest stores in Springfield! Great prices! The staff is available to help but give you your space when you don't need assistance. They have also streamlined their inventory to only carry good quality products (but that doesn't mean only expensive!)
