My grandkids and I stayed here a week and loved it. Nice playground. Horses cows bunnys and chickens to watch. Also beach to swim and trails to hike. We had so much fun. Will go back!!

Great place to camp. Have been seasonal for about 6 years now. Every year gets better. Love this place. Best firework show by far we have seen for Fourth of July.

Owner and staff are very friendly and personable.
Lots of included extras like carriage ride and canoes.
Holiday weekend events such as pig roast and chili cook offs are a lot of fun.

Only downside is condition of bathrooms, outhouses, and dumping station. These need work.

I believe they are working on making these facilities better in the near future.

We will definitely visit again and hope to give 5 stars next time.

We love this campground and Its ORV Trails and Trail Access. It is how camping used to be in the woods. It's rustic with modern amenities too. The best of both worlds. Even though in need of fresh paint, the public bathrooms are as clean or cleaner than most public bathrooms at other campground or gas stations.

The management go out of their way for people, but as we have witnessed, they do have a low tolerance for disrespectful knuckleheads, the kind that make terrible neighbors. So if you lack manners, like to scream at each other and your children and expect others to clean up after you, you should camp else where.

If you love nature and like camping in the woods with amenities and enjoy nature, versus a parking lot style camping this is the place for you, whether it's in a tent or a 40ft RV

Nice, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. Have been coming here for several years and it is always pleasurable. I have stayed in the cabin with my large family and it was great. Also I have brought the camper and the lots are nice and shaded with fire pits! I enjoy seeing the animals there as well. Great place to stay with very reasonable rates! I would recommend for sure.

The pictures do not show the true picture.The restrooms are terrible.The people are jerks.I was told we could have a tent and that we could bring our own wood in.We got there and was told we couldn't have wood and the tent can't be on the lot.When we said we were told we could the guy told us his employee's have worked for years and they wouldn't have told us that,so basically calling us Liars.We were only using the campground to sleep at night while visiting friends all day so Thank goodness we didn't go for a nice camping experience.please go and take a look before you ever camp there.I will never go back.

After visiting my daughter there a couple years ago we went up there again today and decided to get a seasonal camp site .Great down to earth camp hosts and a host of ammenties make this a fun place for kids and adults as well.Thanks Kevin good to see you again !
