My daughter was on her way home back to Ferris when the exhaust failed. Being a long distance away I was afraid my daughter would be taken advantage of. She lives off campus, so she really needs her vehicle. The gentleman called me quickly with a very fair estimate and even caught a potential upcoming problem--fixed on the same estimate. My daughter called a few hours later and had her car back and said it sounded better than it had in a long time. Thanks a bunch. Took a lot of worry off my mind.
