Been going to prairie vet associates for years. Was disappointed they merged with another in town vet. Had an issue with one of my cats eyes. The new merged team said it would be over a week to get in. No thanks. Called these guys and they got me in same day. Took care of my cat. Nice people. Nice vet who explained everything. They have my business going forward. Only four stars cause I have only been there once. If things are the same going forward I will change it to 5.
Bumped it to 5 as they called to follow up. Plus Bonus points, the meds they gave me fixed my car right up. She was good to go in days.

Staff was nice until i had
Asked to have them bill me. We can't do that!! Then she got manager over and said very rude we have to be paid before your able to leave!? Why? I have great credit and been a customer for 5 years and always have paid!! Not any more for a 59 dollar bill?? What place does that???? I honestly think there care about money more than your pets!!! So i paid them and said what do you do if someone's bill is a thousand!!?? They have to use a credit card! How nice of them!! So be prepared to pay that day which i found out the hard way. This is coming from someone who used this place for 5 years with no out standing bills!! Nice rude service. Will never come back again!!!! The gal who was working to check you out was very rude, unhelpful, unpleasant and didn't seem to even want to be there also. Later!!..…..

Went on a Saturday with groomers and paid 5 to trim my cats nails Came back again for same thing and they never informed me groomers were cheaper and that I wasn't going to see a groomer and forced me to pay 17.50 for the trim Cheating customers is not how you should do business Plus first time I got them cut they put me in the same room as a dog being trimmed which was unprofessional . I'm going somewhere else for my cat maintenance and shots

The vets are very good, but don't seem to trust that I know what is best for MY dogs food wise and training wise. Unfortunately, these are the best vets in town in my opinion.

I just had another terrible experience here. They lost my business over a rude vet tech at reception a year ago. I still went there for grooming because I liked Janice their groomer. I wanted to bring our other dog there for grooming. I handed this rude person my paperwork for our recently adopted dog and was told in less than 2 minutes without asking someone else that this wouldn't do. Of course the Information about the rabies was on there at the bottom of the adoption paperwork from the shelter. I went back and showed them the paperwork to prove it after talking to the Vet/Owner in charge. No one even apologized in a sincere manner. Never again!!! I'm now going to East Towne Pet Clinic. Love it there! We board there, they have a small dog daycare and grooming services which we will now be using. It's less than 3 miles away from Sun Prairie. I guess I should really thank this awful place for making me choose a better vet clinic with staff that actually care.

The doctors and staff here are great. They always treat our dog and cat like they are their own. They give great advice on lots of pet related stuff. We have been coming here for almost a decade now. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Animal Hospital of Sun Prairie came highly recommended to us when we moved to SP. For eight years, the vets, groomers, and other staff did a fabulous job caring for our dogs. When our dogs were at their end stages, Dr. Kim was a tremendous support for our family. She listened, gave gentle guidance, and followed up after they passed. Animal Hospital of Sun Prairie is the vet of choice for our new puppy too!

My golden retriever, Callie loves coming here. All the vets are kind and gentle with her. She had ACL surgery and was very well taken care of. After all that, she pulls me into the clinic to see everyone.

We have been going there for over 15 years. Doc Greg is wonderful.
When we had to put down a couple of our dogs, he cam to our home so that they died in familiar surroundings.

I have been going here for over 5 years now and have not had a bad experience. No matter the type of appointment scheduled in advanced or called ahead because of an unexpected injury they have been happy to have us. Very accommodating.

Every person I have spoken with seems to love their job there, looks like a great place to work.
