Sierra was great to work with! Walking into the dealership, we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for. Sierra took the time to listen to our must have and recommend some great vehicles!

We visited many dealerships during our shopping, and Sierra was above and beyond any other sales person we worked with! We will definitely go to her and Andy Mohr for our next car-buying needs!

I have bought my last 5 vehicles from Andy Mohr. Steve is great to work with and always does his best to bring us the best deal available. Steve set me up with one of his salesmen. Mike C. was fantastic and walked us through every step, while checking on us and making sure we were comfortable while waiting. Great staff and great service.

I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle. Sierra was wonderful, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible! I would recommend this Andy Mohr to anyone and especially refer them to Sierra. We told her what we needed and she was able to do it! The entire process was pleasant and Sierra stayed in contact with me the whole time! Thank you Sierra for your hard work and dedication!

Sierra Hill and Bob Siderys of Andy Mohr GMC rock the house! Easiest car buying experience for me ever.
Found a minor problem with my purchased truck and they took care
of it immediately, with a smile, and made me feel good about asking for that help after the sale.
Motivated me to walk back to the parts department and buy a few accessories.
Stepped into the service department and was greeted twice...right away.
Could eat off of the floors they were so clean!
    Call Sierra Hill for sure!

We just bought our fourth new vehicle from the great people here. While everyone’s circumstances and results may vary, I cannot say enough good about these people. They have gone out of their way every time to help, and to make our buying experience a good one. Hats off to the great staff at Andy Mohr Buick GMC!!

Very, very impressed with this dealership! Stand by their cars and take good care of their customers. Steve, the GM and Bob, the service manager are top notch!

They are hustlers! Felt like I was forced into a car I didn't want! Then I traded my SUV with no problems and cash for a car that's worth not even half of the SUV! They totally screwed me over for the crappiest car ever! Would never recommend a place where they are more worried about making a dollar then providing a decent service!!! Gave them a 5 thousand dollar car and 1200 dollars cash for a car that's worth 1500!

I called Andy Mohr because I was interested in a specific vehicle. They said they would hold it for me and I told them I'd be over there to test drive it in about an hour. Just before we left, I got a call from a Sales Rep and he said the car has been loaned to someone who wanted to bring it home to show her husband. I had a difficult time understanding him, so after we got off the phone, I contacted someone else and she said she'd have someone in Sales check into the situation and get back to me. It's now the next day and I haven't heard a thing. How can you hold it one minute and the next, you've loaned it to someone else? Really disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn't use them again.

There were several experiences about my visit that left me with a bad impression. First, and not a huge deal, was a commitment to get my vehicle done on a particular day if I dropped the vehicle off and left it overnight. I received a call mid afternoon to say that it would be another two days because 'the job was a big one and would take awhile', but the labor to complete was already known.

I felt that the service representative was dishonest and trying to persuade additional work that was not necessary. I requested an alignment and he told me that it would be worthless unless I also had the shock absorbers replaced. The shocks do not affect wheel alignment on the rear of the 2011 Acadia. I mentioned this and he came up with an excuse to try and back out of his comment. He previously had quoted me a very high price to have this work done. I told him I'd let him know after I'd looked into it. In the mean time I researched the OEM part price, and what was required and found it to be a very simply job with inexpensive parts. I questioned his quote and he quickly commented that he misquoted the job (by over 30%). Had I not known what was involved it would have been a couple hundred dollars additional out of my pocket from what seems like a dishonest attempt. Any number of people would not have questioned this.

All said and done, they performed the work that I requested but I am curious if a piece that they were to replace was actually replaced. I went to look at the receipt to check the part number and get an idea what it was that they said they were replacing to find that none of that portion of the job was included on the receipt.

Overall I feel like they were tremendously dishonest and I do not intend to return.

First time at Andy Mohr. To be honest, the only reason we went there was the fact that they had a large selection of used Enclaves, which we had been unable to find elsewhere. I called in first to check to make sure the online inventory was correct. I talked to Tyler and he seemed to be knowledgeable understand what I was wanting.

After showing my wife a few of the Enclaves online, she was excited to go and look in person. We arrived and Tyler was very helpful in showing us the vehicles we wanted to see. He even had the one that we were mostly interested in pulled up to the front for us. We took it for a test drive and fell in love. The only issue was a small dent in the back bumper (which my wife said she couldn't live with) so Tyler offered a great solution. They offered to take the bumper off another one in stock to make the car work for us! We thought this was great and agreed that that was the Enclave for us!

Once we returned to pick up the car it was immaculate, and my wife was happy. Which in the end is what is most important. Thank you so much Tyler for the help and I will remember Andy Mohr when we are in the market again!

Stopped by a few times, even did a test drive once. Young inexperienced salespeople, if you can find one to help you. I bought a Lincoln. They will need to show a bit more professionalism before they sell me a car. (But a new Buick Regal wagon is looking good!)

This is my first vehicle from Andy Mohr Buick GMC. They took great care of me and made the leasing process effortless. Their follow up afterwards and service throughout the first 6 months is the best of any dealership I have dealt with. Great staff in the service department, but most of all Steve Faulkner is fantastic.

I requested a quote but after I failed to get credit I didn't get any return call to tell me so. Its a 30 minute plus drive for me to go here so I did not want to make a needless trip. Apparently my credit was ran 5 times that I know of by this place and my credit has been destroyed. I'm not happy about this at all. I got a car loan when my credit was lower without having it run so many times and for more. From what I was told if the car is under a certain amount they can't even finance it. It looks like my credit was obliterated for no reason and I will have to raise it up again with the current car note I have. So in the future when my credit is good and I can afford a nicer car I still won't come here. Just a bad experience for no reason. This just makes working with this dealership sour.

    Every car needs maintenance upkeep.

Unfortunately, some cars new and used have mechanical problems.

Every used car buyer is afraid of buying a car with mechanical problems.

Some used cars have warranties. There is obviously no way all used cars can have warranties. At a certain vehicle age, mileage, or price point it is not expected.

Every car dealer that sells used cars hopes the used cars they sell don't have mechanical problems and the buyers enjoy their new purchase.

My retired mother bought a used car from Andy Mohr Buick GMC. In less than 300 miles it had A LOT of mechanical (not maintenance) problems.

Andy Mohr stood by their 3 month warranty even though that meant they absolutely lost money on the sale of that used car. Bob, the service repair rep, made sure that my mom, who was both upset and insecure about the whole process, knew he was going to do his best to figure out what was wrong and make it right.

It was very unfortunate that her car had such a big problem. I wanted to thank you for standing by your sale, your word and your warranty. I truly hope situations like my mom's don't happen often in your shop. But I wanted car buyers who are in the used car market will know that you are a good company and you treated my mom well.

They will sell you a car without knowing if the bank will approve you. They will take your cash, have you sign the paper work and have you drive around your new car for 2 weeks. Then when you bring the car back because they demand you so..a manager will suddenly appear and say "let them keep the car, the man says he is working now". You will then walk away angry because where was the manager before? They would have put the car on hold for us as soon as we provided proof of work but all sudden now we can keep it? Why couldn't they deny us the car until we provided proof instead? Our fault to not have valid proof of work at that moment but they didn't have to make us go through all this. Simply deny us and that is all.
