    Update: I have changed my review from a 1 star. I had a bad experience here earlier this week but the manager just called and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. I've already found a car so I told them what happened. I won't be back anytime soon but if I'm able to buy new next time I would give them another chance. Thanks for trying to make things right.

    A name I personally will not forget is PAT HURST sales manager at Andy Mohr Nissan - Definitely a good reason never to come back to this Andy Mohr NISSAN Dealership or even to buy a NISSAN period. It really hurts the Andy Mohr Brand too – I speak to a lot of people and word of mouth carries. This sales manager showed me what I would face going forward if I were to buy a Nissan. A lack of professionalism, low standard of ethics, and condescending tones are all things not needed by a guy selling cars.
    Everything occurred at the end of the deal after I had test drove and dealt for over 4 hours with a salesman/and assistant manager who came back with a final offer price to offer me (even wrote it on the paper) that we finally agreed on and I accepted - then to walk up to his high chaired counter, and be told NO I can’t do that. He just didn't say NO, the arrogance he said it with, make me feel that this guy I personally would never want affiliated with any business I own. As a small business owner I believe honest reviews are essential and this experience prompted me to take my time to help guide others somewhere else so they don't waste 3-4 hrs of their lives negotiating a final purchasing price of a new car only to finally go see the wizard behind the curtain in the end and be told NO that can’t happen and I can’t do that price. - I WALKED and WILL NEVER COME BACK.
    Buying a car is hard enough but to deal with arrogant Managers like Pat Hurst is why everyone talks about car salesmen with negativity. Pat definitely accomplished getting me to talk about his sales style and bring up the Nissan name starting off with my only experience with Nissan because for over 20 years we have only bought Toyota's! I recommend if people are in the mood to buy a new Nissan to deal at another dealership that encourages higher ethics with their employees!

    Came in not expecting to buy a car and was put in a brand new car. Hayden was my sales associate and he was awesome, super nice and showed me everything I asked for and more. My experience was amazing!

    Started off with some confusion and miscommunication. Spoke with the store manager, Ben, who went above and beyond to make sure things got back on track. Salesperson was Myron who was a pleasure to work with. Charles was the assistant manager who handled the paperwork quickly and was great. These guys definitely earned my business and get a 5* rating for the sale of my Titan XD Pro 4x. They made it right and then some. If your looking for a Nissan I recommend this shop.

    Went to the Toyota next door beforehand, got an offer, but figured I would shop around. When I left Toyota, they let me go with a greeting and his business card. I went in to this Nissan and looked at their Sentra. It was a pleasant experience until we got to the financing part, and they offered $170 more expensive per month than their offer that was said online, with $500 less down payment. Which we already showed to the dealer and they all read the fine prints. Ignored the offer and said it costs more money because of taxes which it can't be $170 per month just for taxes. We asked for a cheaper price because it was not even close to the online price whatsoever. To which they came back with $20 less. At this point, it was cheaper to get Corolla next door, so I told them that I was going to leave. They asked why I can't put down more money for down payment (we already agreed upon $1500) and why I was being cheap, and then asked me not to leave because the manager would get fired. In the end, I just left and they followed me asking what was wrong. I was just so mad at their customer service so I kept on walking and they yelled at me and said "go ahead and buy Corolla!". My dad has been a big fan of Nissan but he is now thinking about getting Toyota or Honda after this

    Had a great experience there. Pat & Mike were very good listeners and had me in and out. Love the teamwork there. They make you feel like family. I even made some new friends while I was there. Definitely the most fun I've had buying a car. I will be back. Love my new Nissan!

    Excellent customer service! My car salesman, Adrian, was very attentive and helpful. The entire staff was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I wanted in my price range. They even stayed way past closing to make sure I was getting the best deal. I would highly recommend shopping here.

    I visited Andy Mohr Avon Nissan to inquire about a trade-in. I left with a brand new car at the same payment. And best of all I love my new car!! :)

    Karen was great communicating with me regarding my appointments. Charles took many hours walking the lot getting to know me. (Please ask for him if you visit.) He sat down and explained my options for trading my car in for another used vehicle, a new vehicle, and leasing. After crunching the numbers with Pat, we decided buying new was the best option. I was hesitant and wanted to stay within budget, but Pat and Tim made it work for me. Tim even called me the next day to see if I had any questions and if I was still interested. I can't say enough about how informative and nice they all were.

    I had a wonderful experience buying this car! If you visit Andy Mohr Avon Nissan I have a feeling you will too.

    Andy Mohr Nissan in AVON is amazing! The sales people are amazingly helpful but in my honest opinion. if you want the best experience while looking at the lot ask for Michael! He is polite, knowledgeable, and he gets whatever you need done quickly and for the price you're looking for!

    I had the best experience at Andy Mohr!!! I wasn't even sure if I was going to be leaving with a vehicle. They took my trade in, finance and Michael really worked their magic to get me into a 2015 Prius C. The car is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it. I feel so lucky! My experience here was a dream come true! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who made this possible and for going above and beyond with great customer service!!! :)

    After my accident, my outlook on purchasing a vehicle was pretty bleak, the driver that hit me ran a red light, hit my Trailblazer, and then fled the scene. I spent over a week looking at and test driving used junk. I actually found a used car (that was not junk) at Andy Mohr Avon Nissan and was ready to talk to the people I bank with; however, it would be a few days since it was a holiday weekend. Charles Thompson, with the help of Tim Dement, helped me go from looking at used junk to purchasing a brand new car. Wow, just saying the words “brand new car,” freaks me out because I never thought I would be able to get one, and with a good interest rate. Thank you very much Charles and Tim for all of your patience with helping me get this car.

    The service here was above and beyond.
    Looking for the right financial choice I found a huge ally in Jerry O Uwotah and Lenny Lewis.
    These guys had the patience to really dig deep and find the right choice for me. Thanks to them I feel great about my purchase and look forward to doing business with them in the future!
