Beautiful furniture and accessories with prices that reasonable for well made furniture. The staff are wonderful in helping you choose your pieces, but without high pressure sales tactics. I love the furniture I bought at Andreas. I would not shop anywhere else for furniture.

A local Amish furniture company sent us here when we were looking for a couch. We hadn’t at first considered here thinking it was expensive, but boy were we wrong. Amazing selection of high quality furniture that is priced very well. Our salesman Dan was pleasant and knowledgeable. Because of the great selection and prices, we ended up with several other pieces that we hadn’t been searching for initially. Definitely a great place to stop. The warehouse guys wrapped everything to perfection to protect them well in the uhaul. What a great experience.

We used to buy at Levin, ect After going here, will never buy furniture any place else. Staff is amazing. They don't harass, but when yippy need help they are top notch!

I purchased furniture back in 2010. I checked back recently to see if they perhaps had a piece that went with the set I had purchased, unfortunately they did not, no fault of their own, manufacturer discontinued. I have to say, they were very helpful and extremely prompt in contacting me after checking on the availability. Both the customer service person and Todd were VERY polite and helpful! I have been very pleased with the furniture that I have purchased from them and their great customer relations! Highly recommend shopping at their store in Sugar Creek!

I went to the amish country to find a place where i can find a customized bed and started by Andrea's. Being in the heart of the amish country in ohio, one would think that this big furniture store sells amish furniture. No, they sell furniture like any other furniture store you can find somewhere else. They don't work with amish factories that can customize your needs. Even more, when we asked two associates in the store where we could go, their answer was that they had no idea where to find an amish furniture store. It sounds odd that being in the industry, they don't know what is happening in the area, where most of the stores sell amish products. The furniture they had was nice, but if you are looking for amish furniture, I would not drive two hours to go there, since you can find the exact same style of furniture in other furniture stores, closer to your home.

Just received our couch and 2 electric recliners 2 weeks ago. One of the recliners are broke, the couch is broke and the battery back up for the couch is defective. $3,200 and one recliner is working. They're taking care of it but after this and knowing their products come from China and Mexico it'll probably be our last purchase from them
***UPDATE***
Just received the replacement furniture. After waiting a week we received the new couch and recliner and the couch appears to be fine. After they put the recliner together i noticed another issue with the same piece (the adjusted headrest). It wouldn't pivot all the way back. After they looked at it for about a 1/2 hr they couldn't fix it and wanted to take it back until the new one came in. I said no that i wasnt being without a chair for another week. They said they would let them know when they got back. MEANWHILE i looked at the problem and found that when they fixed the first issue they reassembled it wrong and i got it working properly. I spoke with them on Monday and the lady lady seemed to find it amusing. I will definately look elsewhere next time

They have good furniture, but kind of misleading. You would think that since they are located in the middle of "Amish Country" that more of their stuff would be local product, handcrafted by the Amish, but this is not the case. They are basically like any other furniture store brokering furniture that is made from everywhere. That said, I have purchased numerous items here and it has all been high quality good furniture. But they are quite pricey.
