  I had planned on purchasing a fleet of DCU caps(200) for my trucks. However I wanted to get one first to see how it worked out, glad I did.
  
  1) There is no custom service from A.R.E., they force you to call dealer who says call corp.
  
  2) skeleton frame is poorly crafted - The internal frame is not the same arch at each point and there is large gaps and causes the roof to be uneven.
  
  3) welds are poor and inconsistent. The square stock does not line up with each other, It's like the first day on the job for the welder
  
  4) Shell leaks - in at least 3 places.
  
  5) The window frame has several screw holes as if they reused an old windows and just said what the hell.
  
  6) 2 was 2 screws missing from the windoor on the inside like they put them in and then took them out and said oh well.
  
  7) the back door window looks like the frame was put in backwards causing the frame to warp
  
  8) The front window looks like its missing the interior frame and could easily be pushed out.
  
  I am going to make another call into the re seller and request another cap because of all the issues with this one!

  I custom ordered the color to match and it came completely wrong. They refused to look into it. I proved it was a mistake on their end and still nothing.
  The special gel coat is garbage. My cap looks dried out and I can see the grains in the fibreglass.
  I paid extra for lifetime warranty when it used to be available and they refused every warranty issue.
  I've repaired the lock at least 10 times.
  The glass has fallen out twice.
  The shocks lasted 6 months.
  The 3rd brakelight has water inside
  I would stay as far away from A.R.E. as you can.
