We purchased a brand new vehicle. We are very satisfied with the customer service and ease of our purchase. We were in contact with the salesman for awhile trying to find the perfect car. He and everyone involved were amazing to work with and we WILL be returning for our next vehicle. We would highly recommend Anderson for your next car. Ask for Marty Melander.
Since this review we were in a head on collision that totaled our new car. Marty and everyone involved bent over BACKWARDS to get us in our new vehicle(same type) as quickly as possible doing whatever they could to help us. I cannot express how amazing these people are. This place has some amazing people and amazing deals!! Walked in without knowing what I was doing and not exactly car literate, and they were more than helpful with making things clearer for me! They were great in their finance department, show rooms, and their personalities, they actually care about their clients, they treated me more like a guest than client anyway I can't express my gratitude for what they have done for me and my family, again just amazing people and amazing deals! Ps Carlos is beyond great!!!:,) forever grateful for my new car!! Thanks!!:)

Yesterday I took my brother's car to do oil change, the service was very good, fast and the service specialist explained to me what needs to be done and recommended some solutions.
This was my first time there and I really liked the service there.
Update so Tina Sparks our service consultant is a nice person to deal with. She followed up with me after ordering the required parts to complete the needed maintenance on our Mustang.

Having arrived to inquire about a used vehicle I was beyond impressed that Our salesman, Jim Boyle, was able to get us a 2017 Mitsubishi Sedan. Our payments are low and their friendliness and helpfulness was beyond stellar. We stopped in to get a couple of things looked at by the service department and they fit us in and were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend talking to Jim when you want a new car. I was very happy with the customer service I received on my recent visit. This was my second visit and both times Cesar was very approachable. He answered all my questions and made my car search very easy I was happy working with him and glad I purchased the car from there. Carlos was very attentive he listened to my concerns and did his best to make sure I was taken care of. He was quick and effecient. Thank you for making my car shopping enjoyable. I'm very pleased with the vehicle I have and the service I received keep up the good work.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience! We were treated well from the initial greeting until we drove off the lot. Paul made us feel like family. He was very knowledgeable and cared about getting us into a car that was perfect for us. The whole process was quick and easy. Todd was efficient and thorough, making the paperwork process simple and painless. They made us feel like important customers and honestly answered all our questions. We recommend Rock River Ford and look forward to giving them our repeat business.

I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or give family and friends the highest recommendations to buy a vehicle from salesman, Marty. He is trustworthy ,extremely pleasant and I was treated with the utmost respect and patience from the the time I entered the dealership. Mick is an excellent finance representative to deal with. I have had many car loans and dealings with salesmen. I can easily say this was my best experience and won't be my last purchase from Marty and Mick.

Jason was great to work with! Told him my price range and what I was looking for and he made it happen! No hassle, no back and forth with payment. He had multiple cars ready to go for test drives. He had great things to say about every car I drove. Showed us different features each car had to offer. I fell in love with the first one I drove and it had everything and more than I could have wanted. Couldn't be happier with my overall experience and would come back to this dealer any time (this is my second time purchasing a car from Jason) and recommend to all my friends and family.
