Came in to the dealership with low expectations. I thought it was a shot in the dark with my credit score but thanks to the amazing team at Anderson I am now a proud owner of a beautiful 2013 Kia! Moe and Tony worked on not only finding me a car but spent the entire week to make sure that the payments where in my budget, that my interest rates are low, bring the price of the car down, and just over all got the best deal they possibly could! I am more the happy with service I received!! Thank you guys for everything you did for me I can't say it enough!!!!

Being a recent college graduate, I did not know what to expect when buying my first car. Jim Wang really made my car buying experience very special. I realize that an appointment is generally needed and appreciated and so I was thankful when Lexus of Rockford provided top quality customer service on the spot. I went from wanting to buy a Honda to buying a Toyota. I needed a car ASAP and Honda wasted my time. I went to Toyota and they were able to help me in less than an hour. The staff is very nice and friendly. I'm very happy with their service. Eloy Sosa was able help with the approval process, and he further answered all my questions. Brought in a used Toyota from another seller for inspection. Tony DiNunzio (and his crew) exceeded my expectations. I received a written explanation of major and minor repairs, was offered to have the needed repairs physically pointed out while the truck was in the air, and had a comfortable spot with refreshments to wait while the inspection was completed. I felt well taken care of and that I got exceptional value for my buck. My visit got cut short due to a medical emergency. Tony clearly saw my predicament and offered comfort and support all the while speeding up the paperwork to get me on the road as quickly as possible. He made me feel like I was a valued repeat customer or friend.

We normally purchase newer used cars and had never had a Lexus. Keith was wonderful in considering our needs and desires while making recommendations. He was not pushy and was patient with us as we thought we might want to wait for another color RX350 to come available. It was the Rockford Lexus dealership experience along with Keith and Matt's professionalism that made us decide in the end not to purchase a different used Lexus at another dealership that was the color we had hoped to find. In all we drove at cars at 5 dealerships while making this decision. We have had our new car just over a week and are are thrilled beyond words with the cars appearance and ride. We look forward to our relationship with this dealership in years to come.

Management, finance and staff from another Anderson office were friendly and helpful and took the time to understand my specific needs and answer my questions.
