I went in to have some work done outside the warranty over the last month. I had a leveling kit installed on my 2015 F150 Supercrew, and a rear gear swapped performed. There was a slight issue with the gear set order but it was quickly straightened out. The work that was performed was done in a timely manner and with excellent results. Everyone at the service department was great, and a special thanks to Bill for all of his help.

I’ve dealt with the Anderson Ford service department many times over the past 15 years. The experience has always been good. They are professional, do quality work at a good price, in the time they state and they stand behind the work. Julie, at the service desk always greets me with a smile and is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All the people at Anderson Ford make me, there customer, feel like the most important person in the building, not just a problem that needs to be dealt with until quitting time.

Great service at Quick Lane. Not only do they perform standard maintenance service, they can do much more with any other work you are looking to do with your vehicle. Quality work completed on time at a good price. Taking my car back for additional upgrade work in the near future.

I gave this dealership multiple chances of earning my business since they are local to me. My first experience on the lot was not great. The salesmen was playing online poker on his phone for the majority of the time and never contacted me afterwards. He made incorrect statements about the vehicles I was interested in as well. My second experience on the lot was not great as well. I took my family there to look at a vehicle to get their opinion. We were looking at a vehicle that was right outside of the show room under the overhang. It took my wife waving at people through the windows to get someone to finally come out about 5 minutes later. The dealership was not busy at the time and there were multiple salesmen sitting and talking in the showroom. I did have a mostly decent experience with the online sales group. His availability was somewhat disappointing but understood. This ended when they could not beat any deals I got from other dealerships on similar vehicles. Their fees are the most of any dealership I priced out by almost double. The fine print of their website also had some errors in it about the dealer fees. We haven't purchased a vehicle yet as we are still debating when we will purchase one, but I will take my business to Fairway Ford, D&D Ford, or Carolina Ford before I go back to Anderson Ford as I have never had an issue with them before.

If I could get this review to go through at 0 stars that is what would be given, this dealership is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with and I have purchased several Ford's from other dealerships. They jack your rate up in order to make money off of it since they say they are not making money off the actual sale then say you have to keep the loan with Ford for three months before refinancing at lower rate ( just to let everyone know the reason being they get charged back the money that made off your high rate if you do not keep for three month) They are low enough to do such of a thing to a police officer and a first time car buyer (my son) they are low enough to pull this on anyone. When you try calling them you MIGHT get an answer on the phone and if you do you never receive a call back from whom you leave message for. We were also only given one set of Keys on a brand new vehicle since they could not find the other set. My best advise to anyone is stay far away from this place, there are way more honest Ford dealerships in the upstate that is for sure.
