I have been working with Woody thru the past month. Originally on a Quote/Bid for Progress Lighting & Fans. Your quote moved into an order which I placed on 10/5. The order was delivered complete today 10/7 in Venice, FLA. That’s 2 days!!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!! I am just totally impressed with Woody’s “attention to detail” and “follow-thru”. It has been a completely pleasant and professional experience dealing with Gordon Electric. Woody is just the best! A sterling employee I’d say. From the start of the inquiry to the very end of the order today; Woody just could not have done enough. We even had a last minute change regarding re-directed freight and Woody jumped in and intervened between AAA Connor & Progress Lighting for me. His follow-up is impeccable and email communicae right on the spot. It’s not often that individuals are complimented – unfortunately most employers hear the complaints. But not so with me!
