I have worked with Anchor of Hope Hospice & Joanna for several years. I know when my residents need their help no matter the day or time of day or night I can reach out to Joanna and she is always willing to help. Main reason I like working with them is because they will always do the right thing for their patients and what is best for them. I have been in the industry of senior care for many years and have high expectations for the care of my residents and I can confidently say that the Anchor of Hope team always provides great care and they are in the business for the right reason which is to care for seniors with love and compassion and to help families with difficult moments when they need it the most. I have worked with Anchor of Hope Hospice for several years. They are the number one hospice company I send my referrals to for the following reasons. Joanna R. has always gone above and beyond to help our families in their time of need. She comforts the family members while guiding them through the process. She is great at communicating with the families and our staff to insure everyone is on the same page from beginning to end. Their nurses are fantastic with a heart of gold. Chelsea W. who is one of the nurses that comes to our community is very knowledgeable and caring. She also goes above and beyond at making sure all of the AOHH staff and our staff are on the same page with the type of care that is needed for the resident. She has meetings with the director and updates the families with every visit. Their hospice aides are also great. They are so kind to the residents and shows them so much love and care. They make sure the residents are always looking their best. Thank you AOHH team for all of the love and care you provide to our wonderful residents each and every day.
