Looks nice, but embarrassing. Wish had more buses and less military style employees(c6). When will we really care about public transportation instead of looking pretty and losing money? Very oc style of wasting money, instead of helping.

Nice, clean station. However, they do a poor job updating the signs and announcements notifying of arriving or departing trains so you basically have to guess whether a train is the one you want. No external notices on the platforms of what train is arriving is a major flaw.

1 star for the amazing pool of idiots you have employed. To watch your staff try to trespass people from public property is utterly ridiculous in this day and age. You need to brush up on law instead of spouting opinion and looking like uneducated morons. The real shame is that the tax payer will pay for your mistakes when you get sued for violating the civil rights of citizens.

Power outlets don't work. dirty underwear and blood on the floor in the restrooms. This a huge health hazard. This is not a good place to be here for any length of time.

Coolest looking train station I know of, especially when it's lit up at night. I've traveled to or from here on Amtrak several times. Good restaurant on the second floor.

The train is late and it is kinda hard to figure out how to get where you want to go. Not much Shade on the platform. Very clean and once you are on the train it is nice.

The most unprofessional Security guards who have no training on how to talk to people. I am posting a YouTube of a dum small thin security guard saying f-you to the customer who had a valid ticket. Not the type of thing a qualified guard would do. Adding a picture of ticket.

I enjoy the skinny little shrimp who works security at night. Probably a good idea to put him working nights as he has a habit of using the f-word to customers then gets on the radio and ask for backup. If they move him to day shift someone will stop him on the way to work or leaving. It's only a matter of time before someone sees him off property. He did it to himself.

This is one of the most unfriendly stations I have ever been to. I came here to film some trains on August 8, 2017 (hence my name and photo). Just as I saw the first train coming (Amtrak 774), a guard spotted me and wanted me off the property even when there was a rule saying you can film without a tripod (forgot about the tripod rule when I set up over there). She said I needed to ask the office and that kind of bulls**t. I don't know what the hell was her deal. Then she called another dude who yelled at me and harshly kicked me out. Screw those two guards who got me kicked out and they don't know about the tripod rule. I am never coming to this pathetic excuse of a station again. Back then there was no paranoid security with the old platforms making it a good railfanning spot. Just for evidence, I will have a discussion video on YouTube soon including a few clips where the second cop yelled at me.

SO IN CONCLUSION, THIS STATION HAS REALLY RUDE SECURITY GUARDS WHO ARE EXTREMELY PARANOID SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE EITHER AS A PASSENGER OR RAILFAN.

Awesome station, it's like a small international airport inside. Love the modern design & transportation options too. The awesome experience of taking the train too only makes your visit to ARTIC a lot better, even just going from one city in OC to the other. Close to Disneyland, Angels Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Resort, Downtown Anaheim, and major hospitals, shopping malls, & colleges in neighboring Orange and Fullerton

Good foot at the Kettle place. Very Unique when inside.. Outside it looks like a space ship. Rode the train to buy a used car - craigslist. Ate there before a Duck game with my son. Left our razor scooters in the bushes and they were still there after the game.

Beautiful lobby downstairs. I love the infoboard that has an analog clock display with Roman numerals. The WiFi is ALWAYS SO SLOW though. I try not to use it unless I just missed bus 50 that goes on Katella Avenue. I do often use the bathroom and water dispenser.

Nice big air conditioned station. It feels a bit underutilized. Clean facilities. Maybe if the high speed rail comes through here things will pick up.

Oops this review is for the Oyster Bar.

I really like the atmosphere of this place. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food is good but the Oysters stood out - a good thing. Fresh and delicious.

They are quite new I think so I hope they can keep the high quality of service and food.
