Very disappointed with this station. I took the train for the first time just last night and when I went to park my car I saw no other parking options than the short term parking right next to the building. I couldn't miss my train so I had park there. Come to find later when I go on the website and try to call to find out where the long term parking even is, I can't find the information anywhere. I had to end up looking at the satellite view of the station on google to finally see the parking lot, three streets away. If you're going to offer free long term parking, at least have some signs directing people to it. The only sign that said anything about parking directed you to the short term lot and didn't even identify it as short term. It's ridiculous that I couldn't even reach anyone to ask about it as well. Poor costumer service.
Horrible staff, these two continuously tried to make these colleges kids buy tickets again for a buses and trains. Kids should be disrespected or bullied into purchasing tickets or leaving without no way to get where they are going. They do not be working for transportation or in customer service. On Fri. Oct 20 from 2pm til 530pm.. Just horrible.
There is a bar across the street and fine dinning next door. A park too for the kids!
This station is a climate controlled place to wait for the train. There's the Gandy Dancer next door and a restaurant across the street if you want coffee or a snack. I am happy that I can buy a ticket and use the bathroom here. I only gave 4 stars because the seats look nasty, especially the cloth seats, and that is a big pet peeve for me.
Station has a. Waiting room and decent vending macHines and staff are great. The only probless I have are the trains are late
No wifi, the staff could be a little faster , and the bathroom could be a little cleaner
The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the station itself is far too small for the number of people who board here. The accessible ramp is fantastic for those who need it.
Nothin fancy, but it gets the job done. It'd be nice if parking was closer. Also it seems that there is no phone number to call the station directly, but rather the national service helpline.
Not Much
Ann Arbor used to have a nice quaint railway station when it was in the exact location of The Gandy Dancer restaurant. This college town destination should have more than just a vending machine. There is no coffee shop and no WiFi. The sitting area is very basic. However, the restrooms are very clean.
Rating high because of the staff and safety of the station. H. Anthony was courteous and awesome. Truly nice gentleman. Waiting area could use some renovation.
