  I like shopping at Amigo San Lorenzo. Close to home, no traffic and good prices. Always find what I need. Meats are good. Refrigerators are odorless and clean.

  Amigo in San Lorenzo is good enough market. It has all your necessities at semi-competitive prices. They are owned by Walmart so if you are familiar with Walmart standards this market does not reflect the Walmart standards.
  
  It's small in comparison to its neighboring market, Econo. They have a small produce selection and a very small butcher/deli section. They offer whole roast chicken for almost half the size of Costco chicken and at almost twice the amount ($8.00)!
  
  They have a very small Asian/International section and the products are overpriced. In their defense the area is not heavily populated with Asians, so I don't blame them. Some of the products are even covered in dust because no one really buys them in San Lorenzo. If you want a larger "Asian" variety, go to the Walmart in Caguas or ask someone to ship you items from the states.
  
  There are several check out counters which seem to usually always have someone working in each one. The staff are friendly enough but sometimes when the lines get long, there is no sense of urgency it seems.
  
  Parking is a nightmare, then again, parking and drivers in Puerto Rico is just one big nightmare. I know that's harsh, but it's true.
  
  Some side notes:
  - Return line/customer service counter line is usually very long.
  - They do sell lottery tickets.
  - They have a redbox and a coinstar/coin to cash machine.
  - Small butcher window by the roast chicken & Asian items.
  - Small bakery to the left of the entrance.
  - They still provide plastic bags, but will be going away with them soon.
  
  Overall, if we need to grab a quick item, that is not too unique, we will go to Amigos.
