  No LUMPER FEE
  Arrive on time stop at the gate check in back in to door number wait for some to show up and get your doors open and get unloaded and close doors and go .
  Don't check trailer just make a smooth stop by the gate to let them look at your truck and trailer number .

  Facility switched from AmeriCold to United States Cold Storage about a year ago. Total overhaul, revamp and customer base change.

  Showed up early, for my 0500 appointment and my appointment was changed to 0700. Not sure if the $200 to be unloaded "early" is just the workers trying to pocket some money or not. Refuse all loads to this place.

  Has some parking. $200 late fee if an hour late. Some days fast some days not so much but overall a good experience unloading here.
