  BUYER BEWARE! This Company pulled the old bait and switch on us. I am a disabled veteran and own a very small business. During hurricane Ian, my husband wanted to help by bringing in Triton generators to the areas that were still without power. My husband informed me that he got a good price on Triton generators at $690. My husband dealt with Gabriel. We sent $33,000 for the Triton generators., however this is not what we received. We got some cheap version generators that I could have purchased at walmart or home depot for even less money. When my husband called to let them know we needed to return these, he was told there would be a 50% restocking fee. Are you kidding me??? Trying to get through to the owner, Eric Johnston was a waste of time. By the time he decided to give us the time of day, he told us we got what we orderd and there would be a 35% restocking fee. We drove the 5 hours to Miami and dropped off all of the generators and took an $11,000 loss. Even their website says there is a 25% restocking fee, but seeing as how we did not get the correct product, I felt a restocking fee of any kind was unethical, as well as inappropriate. At the time I had just undergone brain surgery and am just now able to write this review. Their argument is that we did not order Triton generators. Why would I pay more money for a product I could buy for less at the home depot up the road? Every sign they have posted says TRITON generators. Nothing else. So Eric Johnston kept $11,000 of my hard earned money. I would even have been willing to pay a 10% restocking fee, but he wouldn't give us the time of day. Now I have to take time out and file a claim in small claims court. I am thinking of calling the media as well, they may just be interested in how a disabled veteran became the victims of an $11,000 fraud scam. Respectfully, Elisa Bailey

  You can stop looking for a generator company no matter what your needs. My company was in a dire need of backup diesel generators, like ten units. All other companies wanted a minimum of 9-12 months to deliver. I contacted Americas Generators and was put in contact with Manny and right away I was impressed. Not only could they get me the generators I needed they could delivery in a fraction of the time of their competition. Manny worked with me to make sure we were getting the best units in the fastest time.
  In the future if we need more generators there is only one company I'll reach out to, Americas Generators !!!!

  After shopping for a generator, ran into this company and had the privilege of one of the best salesman I have encountered. Nestor was not only knowledgeable in the business, but very patient and understanding to my company’s needs. Hands-down I would recommend this company and especially Nestor Quiros.

  Manny was awesome to work with and he helped me meet my needs and was able find a better fit to complete my task, he had the unit in stock, and it shipped quickly. Excellent customer service.
