  I went to this place to buy a guitar. I had used their repair guy before and he was great. The guy selling me the guitar charged me almost twice what it costs anywhere else. If you go here do your homework first because they will overcharge you. I am talking to a lawyer now because I think they violated a federal law.

  Walked in yesterday looking for a new Les Paul and was blown away by their selection. Tons of options and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t even know where to begin. Mr. Mark Ellison helped me narrow down the right choice, knew his stuff and didn’t talk too much, perfect. I was walking out with a new Gibson within 20 minutes. Super happy with the experience and will absolutely be back. If you need a guitar and are in Tampa, bring them your money. Thanks guys!

  I walked in thinking I would need a repair. Turns out it was user error in the stringing process. I was provided with knowledge. The guitar was restrung expertly. I purchased a tuner. The education was free. This is my guitar store from now on.

  Same greedy attitude as at the Sam Ash / Guitar Center. Will offer you a peanuts for your gear while asking a fortune for theirs. Today I was about to trade/ purchase a high end Gibson Les Paul Reissue. They offered me a $1K for the Gibson Les Paul Classic Ebony P-90 ( selling for over $2K ) and $1500 for the Music Man Sabre ( $ 3200 ) using funny excuse as " they don't sell good".. what a waste of time 👎

  Recently drove the two plus hours to visit this store. The left handed selection is by far one of the best in the state in my humble opinion. The staff were all friendly. I was assisted by Bill and he went above and beyond. I never felt pressured, I enjoyed talking to Bill while another member of the staff drove to the warehouse to pick up a specific guitar they had just got in so I could try it out. Ended up going with a different guitar, but again as a left handed player I need to stress how rare and nice it is to have a large selection of guitars to actually try. This was by and large the best in person guitar buying experience I’ve ever had. If you are in the market for a guitar or bass you’d be hard pressed to find a better store. Highly recommend Replay Guitar Exchange.
