We stayed 3 nightsit was the worst as far as the dirtiest of anyplace we have stayed. They didn't even clean our room the first day we were there so we had to ask for towels..the man said didn't you get towels this morning.the chrome plate on the Kleenex was filthy and someone had pealed stickers off and stuck them at the sink, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, the tv didn't work when we first tried it, the manager had to fix that, every flat surface was in need of dusting. The continental breakfast was a joke. That was in McMinnville, Tennessee

The place was very clean, we had family come in from out of town for a funeral. It was conveniently located and only cost $55/night with two double beds. My family was very satisfied. They also offer a small breakfast for guests.

The room was pretty clean. The GCFI Outlet was loose on the wall near the sink which worried me . As far as pet friendly we were limited where we could walk our dog and continental breakfast Cereal and prepackaged individually wrapped tiny muffins. But for the price we paid it was a decent value.😊

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! My wife was evacuating during the hurricane booked a room here for a couple of days. Tried to call and cancel for the night because traffic was so bad. Person that answered the phone yelled at her and told her they will not cancel and still charging her for all 4 nights. She is still in Atlanta getting charged for a hotel in another state that she never checked into. NEVER STAY HERE you would be better off sleeping in your car if no other hotels available.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I wouldn't even give this place a star if I didn't have to.
We can start with the horrible attitude and customer service of THE OWNER, who didn't make us feel welcomed. This was a smoke-free hotel, or at least that's what they claimed. When we got out of the elevator the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke and it was very hot. No air in the halls.
Once we got into our room it was disgusting. The toilet was not cleaned. On the comforters there are huge burn holes as well as on the sheets. And there was an ashtray in our non-smoking room.There is no hair dryer, no iron/ironing board as indicated on their website. The only good thing about the room was that there weren't any bugs.
We did visit during the eclipse so every other hotel within an hour was fully booked. The manager refused to refund because it was prepaid through a third party website and it was "too late". The "Deluxe Continental Breakfast" is a joke. Plan on buying your own meal. Plan on just not coming here.response / report this review -

Hard working and friendly staff. The facility is obviously old and needs refurbishing. The breakfast is very limited, but it is free and edible. Kudos to ABV for NOT raising prices for the eclipse. I doubt I would stay again, but it was the last room available. Next time I should plan ahead.

Nasty nasty nasty!!!! Don't waste your money on a roach infested place. Literally everything is dirty and not cleaned. Was moved to three different rooms due to unsafe and dirty conditions and wasn't offered my money back a discount or anything!!! Contacted the health department,bbb, and their corporate office!!! -Oh and their deluxe breakfast? Rasin bran or corn flakes coffee or milk. Thats it. Wi-Fi was slow as well. The only thing that was clean about tho hotel was the OUTSIDE pool.

The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel cereal with a half gallon of milk sitting on the counter for hours. With some of the smallest huneybuns I have ever seen.

Oh my goodness the pictures on the website look nothing like the real deal. My husband grabbed a towel to take a shower and it was dirty. The internet was horrible. Wish I knew who to get a hold of but this was a joke thank goodness it was only one night we stayed there

The room is nice. But the AC leaves a bit to be desired. In the room, it's hard to get it cool enough, and in the hallways, it's a sweat box walking from your room to the elevator. The breakfast was adequate but underwhelming.

Horrible!! Breakfast is horrible!! Carpet so nasty that you have to leave your shoes on. Towels and rags broke me out! Showers won't drain!! Phones don't work. Wifi is horrible. Burn holes in the comforter in a non smoking room. Basically do not stay here at all.. this hotel is very outdated.
