I've been buying cleaning equipment for over 20 years. Ashley Was BY FAR, THE FASTEST AND NEW EXACTLY HOW TO DO HER JOB. I HAD APPROVAL AND EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE IN A COUPLE DAYS!!!! BEST LOAN EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Ashly and AmeriCapital have stepped up big time during this pandemic. I have been using several funding vendors for over 20 years, Ashly is the only one making it easy to continue operations during these otherwise challenging times. I am getting approvals quickly and the clients have all been very satisfied with the rates and service.

We've worked with Travis at AmeriCapital for over a year now as a vendor. We've been very happy with his services and the service he provides our customers. He's prompt in returning emails or messages and always keeps us updated. We'll continue to use their service as far as we can see into the future. Thank you!

Lord where to start. Now, I don’t ever write reviews (good or bad) most the time. This time is different because I’ve never had such a bad experience with any company in any industry. I worked with a guy named Travis that at first seemed to be genuine. You know giving me typical requirements and where the numbers fall if you’re above certain credit ranges. I have a good score and good history and decent age. Long story short we spoke over the course of 5-6 days several times a day (phone and email) and every time we spoke, he gave me a different answer for the same question, had some new fee for me to pay, the numbers didn’t line up at all and when we agreed on a number these guys sent me a CONTRACT FOR ME TO SIGN with a payment $40 higher than agreed. They were charging me “sales tax” which the supplier I am buying from was not. And then Travis tells me at the very end that there is no principle only payoff. Any company charging 24,000 for an 11,000 loan/lease to a consumer who has a good score and history is off their hinges. Worst financial company I’ve ever dealt with. And being from a finance and sales background, Ive dealt with several. Wouldn’t recommend you guys to my worst enemies.

Disgusted with how I've been treated by this company. I'm a vendor, have done deals with them in the past. My customer applied and was approved for financing from them. Then they told my customer that they could not fund my company. Here is where the headache began. I wish everyone luck trying to get ANYONE at this company to answer the phone. They were either taking the cowardly route and not answering my calls, or returning them, of they have the worst customer service ever. Multiple calls, emails and messages to them, still to this date have no idea why because NO ONE bothered to respond. Customer went to another finance company, was approved, and funded us no problem.
Need financing..dont go here. I suspect this is a shell company out of someones garage with a couple of phone lines and some brokers who care more about their morning latte than their customers.response / report this review
