These people are damn near impossible to reach. I'm not exactly sure how people even get services done here. Email them? No response. Submit contact form on their webpage? No response. Numerous calls over 4 days and I finally get a call back. After gathering my info together, try reaching back out and it takes two days to get a call back. This wasn't even during tax season mind you.
They are quick to respond to the feedback though on google maps

An accountant is someone who literally accounts for multifaceted financial situations. So I was quite thankful that Rafael was able to competently satisfy the sensitive financial services I was in need of. He not only assisted me in what I was aware of, but brought to light aspects of finance I wasn’t aware of to help me build a more comprehensive profile. He confidently explained his abilities but didn’t try to oversell himself for his own personal gain. Our first conversation was very natural and it felt like I’ve known him for quite some time. He’s professional and I never felt financially judged. I have much contentment regarding my experience!

Rafael assisted me with filing my taxes this year. He answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the process. Rafael made everything really simple and was always keeping me up to date through the process. I would definitely continue to work with him in the future!
