She continuously researched comparable properties and provided feedback to insure we were properly priced in the market. She arranged a very quick closing and was there with us every step of the way.   Corinne (Daniel Ravenel Southeby's Realty) helped us sell our rental property in Savannah. She was very professional and personal and guided us through the entire sales process; absolutely wonderful to work with. She made selling the property such a breeze.   My husband and I decided to seriously consider moving to Savannah and took a short trip down to look at houses and schools. We came to Corinne through a friend of a friend and really had no expectations other than getting a feel for the market. Well, fast forward a few months and Corinne has found us a fabulous home that never even went on the market, saved us from buying a lemon, introduced us to the best project manager to handle renovations from thousands of miles away, found my mother a gem in the historic district, introduced me to a mom at our daughter's new school and has basically set us all on a great path to life in Savannah. Corinne isn't a real estate agent, she's a relocation specialist, marriage counselor, encyclopedia of every good tradesman in town and a joy to be around. Corinne is fun, knowledgeable, pro-active, a tough negotiator and has her ear to the ground. You couldn't ask for a more delightful or well-connected agent.

  It was clear from the start that Corinne was here to help us find “The One” instead of pressuring to buy just anything. Her focus is clearly on the client and not the commission. She interviewed neighbors, set up virtual FaceTime tours, and contacted builders at all of the prospective listings we had to ensure we were choosing the right house.
  
  Her knowledge of the area let us find the right house, with the right kitchen (a chef’s kitchen was a must have for us), in the right area and at a competitive offering that got us below asking!
  
  Corinne walked us through every step, and was on top of things to make sure we were one step ahead of the lending process. Since we were out of state she kept in constant communication with the sellers agent, the lender, and the closing attorney to ensure a smooth closing.
  
  We love our new home and would recommend her without hesitation.
