I made a purchase with them through my employer. I initially had a good experience with this company. They had the products I needed and shipped quickly. They do have a very wierd practice of sending a snack food item in the package that is shipped out.
However, this time was the last time I will ever use them! I had an item missing from my order. I called to ask about it, was told I will look into this for you. I also asked that they not send anymore of these snack items, I have a coworker with peanut allergies and the item they sent was a bag of peanuts! As I was trying to express my concern over this the rude person on the phone felt the need to speak over me and said "well we send thousands of things out and you are the first person to ever complain." I told him I guess I will no longer do business with you. His reply was "well I guess you shouldn't" and then he HUNG UP ON ME!!
I had to call back to find out what was happening with my missing item since I was so rudely hung up on. The voice sounded like the same person answered. I asked again about my missing items, and this time I was told they will be sending them out to me.
How they think it is ok to hang up on a customer is beyond my understanding. I plan to NEVER do business with them again.

I’m a locksmith in Pennsylvania. I ordered a key fob last night May 2 at almost 8pm. And I just received the key from FedEx at 10:30am May 3. INCREDIBLE SHIPPING TIME. WOW. and the fruit snacks are always a plus

Janice has really gone above and beyond to take care of us. We’ve done business with many suppliers over the years and have never been treated as well as American Key Supply treats us. From getting orders overnighted last minute, to taking care of any issues, and being reasonably priced for good quality products. Can’t wait for our Rytan Punch to show up. Hopefully they don’t keep using those new dope baggies for keys though 😜 Their originally Mylar bags were so clean and professional looking. We really appreciate the dedication they’ve shown to the locksmith community and sticking to their word about only serving security professionals. No business is perfect but American key supply certainly has done their best!
